The hotel staff were exceptional. The bed was comfy. Nice balcony in the common area.

The only hood thing is the location is next to a nice taco restaurant. And walking distance from everywhere inside the city wall of cartagena

The rooms are dark!! There is a shutters where makes the room more dark if you open the shutter there is a whole trash room where many mosquitoes comes. They didn’t change are bed sheets all 4 days and there IS NO HOT WATER!! Also the staff are bored everyone was laying by the reception couches no help with luggages we had to ask the guy to help us cause there is many stairs .. no elevator.

Cheap and good location.

Wifi didn’t work at all during our stay. Staff made no effort to fix it and were unfriendly. We had to check out at 1 am for early flight. No staff around to unlock the doors for us, despite assurances there would be. We had to search for ages to find an ‘emergency’ button which unlocked the outer door so we could get out. Mould on bedroom ceiling.

Great value place in the heart of the old town, with a lovely balcony for watching the world go by. Clean, big rooms although most don't have windows.

The location was hard to beat at this price. The room we stayed in could accomodate 8 (there was only two of us). Bathroom was clean, room has AC and the staff were lovely. Hard to beat at this price tag.

Everything you need for your stay in the heart of Cartagena for a good price! Comfy beds, strong AC and a private bathroom! Moreover the entrance is guarded 24/7 and the staff there is really helpful and friendly! Will definitely come back!

if you are looking for a fancy place, this is probably not the right location for you

Nice hostel right in the center of Cartagena. Good service, friendly staff, good AC.

No kitchen available. Laundry way too expensive, costs three or four times more than elsewhere.

The location was great.

The location meant it was noisy from the street music and traffic. The room door opens on to the reception area which was also very noisy at times. There was no hot water in the shower or sink.. this was not made clear in the booking.... and the cold water was very little water pressure.
