Goditi l'ambiente naturale e la spaziosa planimetria di questa splendida casa sull'Oceano sul sistema idrico pubblico! La nostra casa è vicino al villaggio storico di Corolla. Passeggiata vicina per vedere viste sonore laterali ma situate sull'Oceanside con un'impostazione di strada privata sulla spiaggia privata. Breve passeggiata diretta alla spiaggia. Puoi vedere l'ingresso alla spiaggia dal nostro vialetto. Goditi la nostra casa (A Stone Throw)!

La casa è di circa 2400 piedi quadrati. Piscina in loco. Vasca idromassaggio in loco e può ospitare 4-5 persone. La disposizione delle camere al piano superiore è ideale per i pasti in famiglia. Ogni piano ha una zona salotto rec. Lavatrice Asciugatrice fornita. Accesso a Internet fornito. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Servizio fitness vicino al servizio a pagamento (informarsi se interessati).

We had a great time as a family of 10 ranging in age of 2-72. The house was nice and very clean. Kitchen supplies, linens, and beach equipment was plentiful. Susan was very kind and helpful.

We got the family together for my mom’s 70th birthday and everything (other than the weather) was perfect. 8 adults 5 kids (ages 3-9). Plenty of room for everyone, each floor had a living area which allowed everyone space to hang out or get away. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes with the little ones but the beach cart carried all of our stuff! Our host was very communicative and wonderful to work with! Definitely recommend!

Property is well taken care of and relatively new. Living space is adequate for the number of people however the dining area is a bit crowded with furniture. Kitchen supplies, beach supplies, linens, lighting are plentiful

Great location and nice property for a friends and family vacation (fit 14 comfortably). Short walk to Beer Garden. Short walk to ice cream store. Short walk to Corolla pizza. Walk to the beach was short as well.

Our family had a great time and the house was perfect for our group ranging in ages 1 to 80. Everything was exactly as described and the location was perfect. Susan was easily accessible and answered any questions we had. We hope to come back again!

We spent a wonderful week at this house in a great location in Corolla. Except for a couple of trips to miniature golf with the grandchildren, I could have parked my car for the week as a top notch coffee shop, a convenience store, a bookstore and a beer garden are all within walking distance. Short walk to the beach and pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Susan is exceedingly responsive to any questions we had. We've rented a lot of beach houses over the years(primarily at the Jersey Shore) and all agreed this was the best trip yet!

Nice place to stay. On a quieter private road on the far north end of the island.
Little bit of a walk to the beach but not bad at all. Was really nice to have a pool all to ourselves for the kids.
Host was very helpful as well.
Only (small) suggestion maybe pave or more gravel/stone in wash off area so more debris doesn’t stir up on items when ground gets wet. Otherwise great stay, great location.

My family had a wonderful time at this house in OBX. Everything in the listing is accurate. The house is well stocked and clean. Short walk to the beautiful and clean North Carolina beaches. The pool was appreciated by all of us as well. Everything is top notch. Corolla is in a quieter area of the OBX and that makes things that much better.Working with Sue was an absolute delight. She made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Everything was accurately advertised-very spacious kitchen/family areas to accommodate family dinners ...bedrooms all had own bathroom's.. perfect for 3 separate families with small children & granparents ..pool area and hot tub 👍

This is a wonderful home in the beautiful town of Corolla. Well stocked kitchen, great layout, cozy beds…. Everything you need for a fun family getaway. Paid a little extra to have the pool heated and that was the best, especially in May. Susan the manager was always available, helpful and kind. What a dear. You won’t regret your stay here.

Great house. Walking distance to beach and close proximity to anything we needed. Host Sue was incredible with her communication and quick responses. Loved the kitchen, hot tub and pool. Old Corolla village/light house and stores were across the street, and a must see.

We loved being within walking distance to the Ocean, Sound and Historic Corolla Village for coffee, pizza, cold beverages and food! Susan was great communicator before and during trip. The house was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Plenty of beach equipment, including a cart, which was very useful. We were 2 couples and liked the mid and upper living areas for our alone time. Upper level provided plenty of space and comfortable seating for us. The lower level was also very nice, but we did not need it. Having mini fridge and sink on mid level was a big plus! Can't wait to come back!

Great location/ short walk to the beach! The property had everything we needed for a fun family vacation. We were pleasantly surprised to see a buck make it’s way through the back yard.

Where do I start...there were 11 of us ranging in age from 82 to 2 years young. Everyone had a great time. The house is exactly as described. A well stocked kitchen with several small appliances and lots of dinnerware. The private road to the beach was nice with the small children. The private pool was amazing...just the right size and depth for the little ones. Susan was a pleasure to work with and made sure she did everything timely that she needed to do. I look forward to working with her again, as I am sure we will be back.

The house was perfect for our group of 10, including one 3-year old and 2 dogs. We loved having three floors so we could spread out and the one block walk to the beach was perfect. Sue could not have been a better host— great communications! And we were thrilled that the kitchen was so well outfitted. Everything we needed. Lastly, the heated pool and hot tub were wonderful! Would definitely go back!

We very much enjoyed this house. The house is in a great location. Short walk to the beach, and even shorter walk to food/ice cream/drinks. The updated furniture was a plus as well. We were in the pool everyday. Sue, the property manager, communicated very well before, during, and after the trip. I recommend this house if traveling to Corolla, NC.

This house was a great layout for our family of 12. House was very clean and well kept. We appreciated that we were able to get in early and begin our vacation. Amazing week
Family vacation for a group of 11 adults. We really liked the layout of the house. Each level had it’s own sitting area with couch and TV giving you some time to yourself if needed. The mattresses in the bedrooms were FANTASTIC-very comfortable. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Brand new furniture. This wasn’t your avaerage rental, folks. You won’t regret booking this place-it was a hidden gem. The manager was a delight to deal with-very thorough and personable. Have a wonderful week and hope to be back next year. Thanks Sue!!!😀

Pure Perfection!
Our family's first trip to OBX was made perfect in this gorgeous home and the property owner, Susan, is an absolute gem. The house is well-appointed and its layout is ideal, giving everyone space to spread out but still keeping us all connected. We enjoyed the decks for morning coffee and watching all of the fun in the pool below. The covered deck out front with hammock chairs and swing was fantastic for rainy moments to keep dry while enjoying the outside beauty. The hot tub was a relaxing treat and the path to the beach at the end of the private road makes for easy ocean time. We loved this quiet stretch of beach, watching dolphins, pelicans, osprey, and sand crabs play. Truly everything you need is right here, including a delicious pizza place and ice cream shop right across the street. Historic Corolla is a beautiful spot and easy walk. Grab an iced coffee at the Kind Cup and check out the Juice Jar and Island Bookstore. Also highly recommend taking a wild horse tour. Not enough words to describe it all. We fell in love and didn't want to leave. Thank you!

A very enjoyable first visit to OBX
House was very comfortable for a large family. Loved that it is on a quiet street with beach access. The manager was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great family vacation
We had three families stay here and there was plenty of room! We had 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautiful and in a great location! The walk to the beach was easy. The beach is not crowded in this area either. Even on days we wouldn't go until 11:00, we found areas to put up a canopy and have plenty of space. Everyone enjoyed the large pool and hot tub. It's not too far from restaurants and activities for the kids. We will definitely book this house again!

Great House - Location, Location, Location
We are just back from a wonderful stay at this property. The house was fully equipped and better than advertised. The beds were very comfortable and we all had the best sleep.
The house is well located. The beach is just a short walk down Persimmon Street and in the other direction about a block away is a strip center with a pizza parlor, mini-mart, gas, etc. That made it unnecessary to get in the car for the basic needs.
The historic Corolla Lighthouse and the historic village are a short walk away., and there were several festivals and events there over the week.
Lastly, I cannot over emphasize the great interaction with the property manager Sue Cernigliaro. Communication from Sue was excellent from the beginning, and any questions we had were responded to within minutes. The cable went out for a day while we were there and Sue not only responded within minutes, she continually researched the situation and contacted Spectrum to learn that it was a total OBX outage and then let us know when she had been informed that the cable was back on.
Rent this house and you wont be disappointed.

Great family vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for our whole family of 8 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs! The house was very clean, had many new upgrades, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a favorite of the kids and the short walk to the beach was appreciated by all the adults. The hot tub was also a real treat on a few of the cooler days we had during our stay. Corolla is a quaint little town and we enjoyed visiting the light house and driving on the beach to see the wild mustangs. Susan was wonderful to work with, she is very friendly, responsive and helpful. We are hoping to make this an annual trip to keep our southern and northern families connected.

Week trip with the family
The property was great for my family. We had everything that we needed in the home. The location was perfect and private, with not much cars coming down the street unless they were staying on that street. The pool was also great. Lovely House Perfect Location
Had a wonderful time at this lovely house. A short walk to the ocean to see the sunrise and a short walk to see the sunset. Corolla is a great location. Quiet and peaceful. There is a small pizza and general grocer within walking distance.
The house was perfect. Very clean. The beds and couches were very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was super helpful and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Christmas at the Cottage
We enjoyed our Christmas getaway at the cottage. It was big enough for our group of eight to do our own thing but come together for meals. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were very comfortable, hot tub was HOT and the porches were enjoyed by all of us! Thankfully, the weather was warm and sunny for our trip. Susan was very helpful and easy to communicate with during the entire process. She went above and beyond to help us with some of our requests. Thanks for a great trip!

Wonderful place to spend Thanksgiving with the family
Corolla Village was the perfect house to host my extended family's Thanksgiving. There was great space to come together for dinner and games, but plenty of room to do your own thing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal and plenty of room for multiple cooks at once. The house is beautfiul and clean with nice furniture. We took advantage of the great location for cruising the beach at night star gazing, as well as daytime walks on the beach and through Historic Corolla Village. The house was nice and quiet with easy access to restaurants and the grocery store. The best part of our stay was Susan, the property manager. She made it feel like you were staying at your best friend's house. Looking forward to another stay at this quiet getaway.

Great value
Renting in Corolla is extremely expensive. This lovely home is a great value. It is very clean. The middle floor bathtub has amazing jets it made the long drive from Pittsburgh fade away. The home location itself reminded me of being in the woods. The side yard has giant pine cones. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The ocean is just a pleasant walk at the end of the road. If you want to feel hidden away and enjoy some peace and quiet this is the home for you. Susan is the most communicative and kind woman to work with. Enjoy!

Family Memories
Our family of 11 enjoyed a perfect week on the Outer Banks. We had plenty of room to spread out and the pool was definitely a home run. Beach was a short walk or a easy bike ride. We would definitely recommend the house and our hosts to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway!
