Amazing stay and staff. We loved the stay and the tents are really great. The food is also good for the price. Its an oasis of peace, I would recommend getting the bonfire experience in your tent. Jamal and the staff took really good care of us.

The private swimming pool temperature was too hot while the main pool was too cold. Other than that, all was great.

The glamping house with swimming pool was amazing. Ali was our Mufarek and he did a great job! We certainly will come back one day

We expected a better quality of food and staff at the restaurant. Especially because there is not much competition around

The Tent Villas are spacious, neat and clean. The service is quick. Jamal the Operations Manager is a star! He always available to respond to a call with a big smile. The staff are lovely and make it feel home. A great place with a great service team.

I would like to thank the staff all of them during my stay and their help every time i request, especially Mr. Elvin for constant follow up greeting and asking if i need help daily day and night and for his constant follow up with booking to support in my Booking. I appreciate all their support

Un hotel precioso en medio de las dunas. Hermosos cuartos, piscina privada, actividades durante todo el día, comida del restaurante deliciosa. El personal súper amable, siempre con una sonrisa y muy serviciales. Especialmente Ali y todo su team. Un lugar para ir en familia lejos de la ciudad. Tour en camellos y caballos. Los niños se divirtieron con las bicicletas del hotel. Pudimos sacarnos fotos con un Falcón. Una experiencia increíble en las dunas del desierto!

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Hotelzimmer. Tolle Poollandschaft. Nicht überlaufen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es viele Anbieter für Quads. Wüstentour. Kamelreiten . Etc . Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut.

Wir hätten HP buchen sollen. Die Preise vor Ort waren wahnsinnig hoch. Am Pool hat ein Cappuccino 10 € gekostet. Wir wollten nur eine Kleinigkeit frühstücken. Sind aber für ein Müsli mit Kaffe und Saft 25 € losgeworden. Leider hat uns niemand erklärt, dass man für Warmwasser einen Schalter für den Boiler einschalten muss. Also gab es eiskalte Dusche.

Banheiro, apesar de lindo, é péssimo, durante o banho, por mais cuidadoso que seja, molha todo o piso. O banheiro vive molhado. Cortinas curtas e com isso o sol te acorda cedo. Como está perto das lojas de aluguel de quadriciclo, o dia inteiro você vai escutar motor de moto e quadriciclos roncando do seu lado…. Sinceramente eu imaginava que estaria indo pro silêncio do deserto. Como está isolado de outros restaurantes não sobra alternativa a você jantar e almoçar no restaurante do hotel onde tem um valor muito alto para o que servem. Chuveiro oscila demais, esfriando o tempo inteiro. Piscina não aquecida, gelada apesar do deserto.

Bel hôtel avec une architecture inspirée des palais émiratis. Très bel éclairage la nuit. Bon petit dej. Jolie vue le soir sur les dunes ... et sur l'autoroute. Grande piscine.

A quelques mètres d'une autoroute qu'on entend bien. Assez cher finalement. Les excursions sont aussi très chères. Même s'il y a une jolie vue sur des dunes le site n'est pas très charmant. Très grand. Piscine fraîche en janvier.

The big tent is amazing. We had a private dinner for our group and it was delicious.

The breakfast could be improved

The location of the hotel was amidst the dunes of Al Badayer. We had beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset up on the viewing tower and at the highest point of the dunes in the hotel. There were a lot of activities that we could do at no extra charge at the hotel -- swim in the two pools (indoor and outdoor), bike, ping pong, stargaze using a powerful telescope, pet the falcon and the camels and horses. We paid for two other activities the hotel offered: a visit to the desert ghost town Al Madam and a private bonfire with marshmallows and hot chocolate, both of which were wonderful!

The hotel's provider for the Ghost Town Tour was a little expensive for what was actually done in the activity - it was just a 10-minute drive from the hotel and we spent only about 30-40 minutes in the location, and I think we made the most out of our time there, but I think other guests who aren't as interested in sightseeing would not feel like it would be worth the cost. The hotel staff advised us that we could pay with credit card but the driver who was assigned to us insisted on being paid in cash. Since we didn't want any trouble, we just paid him in cash, but that depleted our pocket money for the rest of our trip. Maybe something can be agreed upon between the hotel and provider to make payments easier for the guests. We booked a hotel transfer from Al Badayer to our next hotel in Dubai and ran into the same issue of payment. The driver did not accept credit card payment and insisted to be paid in cash. The hotel staff did, however, provided a solution for this and we were able to make a credit card payment through them (and they had offered to pay the driver in cash instead).

Amazing food, amazing staff - Cedric at the restaurant was fantastic, he took care of us as though we were family. Lovely pool and super quiet environment.

One of the best getaways in UAE. CLose to Dubai, with all modern facilities, entertainment, beautiful views and scenery around. We were pleased and surprised by the staff, how friendly, attentive and polite they were. Special mention to the restaurant - great food, creative, traditional, all in it.

The staff of the hotel is amazing, with attentive, friendly service for whatever I needed. Especially Jamal is a real asset to the hotel for guest experiences, providing me little surprises here and there. The room is charming and I loved having the windows opened in the early morning. The location is perfect for sun gazing at sunrise and sunset, quiet to hear animal sounds and playing in the fine sand.

Although food quality is good--I especially enjoyed the Bulletproof smoothie, the menu is quite limited and prices are on the expensive side.
