The name of this hotel very nearly put us off and we weren’t really sure what you expect upon arrival but I’m glad it didn’t as we actually had a very good stay. The location is ok if you want to be near Phuket Town and Old Phuket Town. The rooms were spacious and had a kitchen area and bathroom. Rooms were clean and you got bottles of water everyday. You can opt out of having your room cleaned. There is a 300 baht deposit you have to pay on arrival. AC worked well. Can’t comment on the pool as we didn’t use.
Few bugs in bathroom but this can be solved by keeping the door closed into kitchen and bathroom area.

I loved the passion nest, lovely hotel with lovely friendly staff. They have a washing machine which you can pay 40 baht to use which I think is great!! Would definitely stay here again :)
Everything was perfect apart from the first couple days the pool was not very clean and very green murky water - however on our second to last day there, this was cleaned and all blue and fresh again :)

Pillows are hard, but I guess this is the way Thai people sleep 🤷♂️

This isn't about this particular accommodation, but I noticed that I couldn't fill in my own water anywhere across Phuket. Which made me utilize a lot of packaged bottles. So I wish the hotel had an option to refill water bottles.

We really loved the place. There was a nice big swimming pool, big and clean rooms. We also had cooking option in the room, which is very convenient when traveling with children. Staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
The location is bit far from everything, but it’s okay if you have a scooter.

The staff are amazing, everyone is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. There is a local washing machine and bicycle for rent.
Not the best place for walking. You can get to different places only through the main road, if you do not have a motorbike, then this causes inconvenience.

staff were really great and helpful with booking ferry and transport. pool was refreshing
their were ants everywhere in the room. there was a lot of furniture but we were afraid to put anything on their due to the no-water rule. the air con was extremely noisy. location in the middle of nowhere and taxis way more expensive then anywhere else

It was amazing staying in this beautiful hotel and the most wonderful is the helpful staff from the the owners and the team were very friendly and helpful it worth every money was spent and more I’m really recommend this hotel for everyone to stay high level of cleaning and very secured

Everything as advertised. Comfy, convenient, good access to everything. Next to the Thai food places, groceries and big local food market. Staff is superb.
It is a bussy area, so driving in and out is a challenge.
