Se stai cercando l'esperienza di Newport Beach, non cercare oltre !!! Il mio posto è dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a una delle migliori spiagge per il surf di Newport e vicino a fantastici panorami, ristoranti e ristoranti, attività per famiglie e vita notturna. Amerai il mio posto a causa della spiaggia, del quartiere e dello stile di vita rilassante e spensierato. Il mio posto è perfetto per famiglie, bambini, coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggiatori d'affari e chiunque voglia vivere la vita da spiaggia.
Il mio 3bdrm / 2bath è stato recentemente ristrutturato con pavimenti piastrellati, bagni nuovi, cucina ricostruita con ripiani in granito, illuminazione ad incasso, ampio patio arredato anteriore con barbecue e lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuite in loco.
La casa si trova nella parte settentrionale della penisola di Newport Beach (proprio all'incrocio tra arancio e PCH). La posizione unica ospita due (2) dei più famosi spot di surf di Newport Beach (56th st. E la foce del fiume), diversi ristoranti classici e negozi sulla spiaggia, kayak nella baia posteriore e offre una versione più tranquilla e rilassata di Newport Vita da spiaggia, pur rimanendo nelle immediate vicinanze di tutta l'azione della parte meridionale della penisola.
La posizione unica consente di dormire sonni tranquilli, di trovare facilmente un parcheggio, di godersi la spiaggia, di camminare o andare in bicicletta per tutta la vita notturna di Newport Beach, e si trova nelle immediate vicinanze delle autostrade 405 e 55 per coloro che lavorare o viaggiare fuori da Newport Beach. Il quartiere è perfetto anche per famiglie con bambini, in quanto vi sono molti parchi e parchi giochi a pochi isolati a piedi.

The property was nice and clean. The location was not bad but the parking was difficult. It would have been easier is we could use the garage to park. The walk to the beach was really easy no complaints. It was also really close to Main Street in HB so plenty of things to do and eat. The neighbors were really nice and welcoming. It was great there was a BBQ on the patio as well we enjoyed that.

Good location , nice place, the only downside to this property is the parking situation, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays when the sweeper comes by. It is close to the beach but there’s like a highway you have to cross to get there. Overall we had a great stay for the price

The property was run down. Cabinet doors falling off, tile floors not clean, mold on shower curtain.

We enjoyed our visit! The house was very spacious and clean! The location was perfect. One block from the beach and less than 20 miles to Disney. Leo made the process easy and was attentive.

Home is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, plenty of space for a small group. Comfortable beds and quality appliances/fixtures throughout the house. Host was communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside Vrbo. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just steps from the sand. The sound of the waves in the morning and the stunning sunsets in the evening made this place truly magical. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and made our stay a breeze. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise!

This pic are very deceptive!! It’s is absolutely nothing like the pictures!! Freeway noise, yucky everywhere!! Bedding curtains pillows bathrooms !! Everything
Ver very cheap and dumpy!! We left early!! Could not stay another night. Parking is so bad, noise, flys. There is nothing good about this place. The beach was gorgeous!! That’s it!!

First off, Leo was what you think of for a host, attending to any inquiries, a well thought out check in message, knowledgeable about the area, and specifics about the place itself. The space was well designed out, comfortable, super clean, modern, and everything worked well. This location is just a 4 min walk to the beach, and there’s a great coffee place down the street with delicious breakfast burritos. Worth it!

The experience was great. Leo is an responsive and nice host. The neighborhood is quite and the beach is open without the crowd of other beaches in Newport.

I do not recommend staying here unless you want to be charged extra money for damages you didn't cause or you want your party of 10 to sleep uncomfortably. As part of the "sleeps 10", you have to use 2 extremely uncomfortable air mattresses, which we had to search for, there was no mention of these in the check in instructions. There was also no extra sheets to put on them. At the end of our stay we were charged an additional 40 dollars for a clogged shower drain due to sand. First of all, the drain was already clogged upon arrival, second, it's by the beach! Sand should be expected. Additionally, when I asked for specific check out instructions, there was no mention of checking the drain for sand, only to not leave towels on the floor. So you can imagine my surprise seeing this charge on my card. The shower water was also lukewarm throughout the stay. I was willing to look past a lot of the dirtiness and false advertising of the place at first, but after this ridiculous extra charge, I have no problem explaining all the bad parts about this place. When I tried to message the host about the extra charge, he did not respond and stopped communicating. The only redeemable quality about this place is its proximity to the beach. Other than that, I recommend looking elsewhere. Overall, this place was dirty, not as advertised, and not worth the money.

We were told the property was located across the street from the beach, not PCH (highway).
There is no Air conditioning. To cool off in the evening, we opened the sliding door and window in the living room.We were promptly attacked by mosquitoes. Screens would be nice or a fan.

Minutes to the Beach
this home is 2 minutes from the beach, it was perfect for our family of 10. home was clean and neat when we arrived. there were beach chairs & beach towels available for us to use. Only issue i see is the parking it is very hard to find and obtain a parking spot, other than that we had a GREAT time we will definitely book in the future.

Little Spot by The Sea
I booked this beach house for my friends and I to stay in for the weekend because it was right by the water located in a lovely spot in Newport.
Overall, my friends and I had a really good time hanging out at the house and we enjoyed being able to talk a two minute walk to the beach and back. We made a lot of really great memories while staying here and we would definitely do this again! Leo responded very quickly to any inquiries or concerns I had, and I greatly appreciated that. Leo really cares about your stay and will not leave you high and dry.
I can’t wait to get back to CA again! Thank you Leo for being a great host!

Pass on this one
I took a chance with this rental, given that there was a single review, but I was convinced by the photos and description that it was reasonably nice. I was wrong. It is rundown and in disrepair. For example, curtains are stained and torn, the patio awning was ripped and taped together, the patio lights were half burned out. The kitchen cabinets smelled of mildew and had a layer of grease and dust throughout. A bedroom curtain rod was halfway out of the wall, walls weren't completely painted, the couch was worn and flaking. The place was so dirty we actually went out and bought spray cleaner and sprayed the place down. Leo refunded the cleaning fee, thankfully.
We had to wash the sheets and didn't use the comforter because it smelled of urine (although Leo did offer to buy us a new one). Both bathroom window screens had large holes in them. The property manager has ensured us that he will address these issues with the owner. Also, note that the coast highway is between the house and the beach and the noise from the highway is notable.
