This place is gross

They charged me $50.00 reimbursable upon check out, and they didn't honored. Neither answer phone calls or text messages. I put a dispute charge with my CC. I will not recommend or going to that place.

Proximity to my destination

It was very dirty. There was hair on most surfaces in my room. The key machine wasn’t working when I checked in so they had to walk me to the room and let me in.

Very dirty homeless living in hallways . They don't answer the phones. I also didn't receive my deposit back.

Location is great. Easy access to freeways and many restaurants and shopping centers around. Room was clean and spacious.

The stairs heading to second floor by lobby are very dirty. Old and dirty carpet all over the place. Room was clean but all furniture is very old. Mini fridge is so old and the whole appearance of the furniture is depressing. I am in need of a room to sleep but I wouldn’t travel with my family to this place. I am here from out of state and I am definitely not going to use this location as business travel or family vacation place. Staff is friendly and helpful.

everything I stayed in your Moreno Valley location a few times and it was real nice and clean. I tried to check in early only to be told there were no rooms ready then when we got our room the tables were dirty the room and beds are small and the room didn’t smell good

Terrible service, old furniture, the lights don't work, the bathroom is disgusting, the beds are not comfortable. I will never stay in that hotel again in my life. I do not recommend it, it is a scam in all services

the front desk was helpful and would not give me another room but made me pay two deposits there was no phone in my room the water came out brown at first when I turned the water on the toilet didn’t flush well and the drains were clogged

It was close to the Highschool I was working at. For $87 a night I was not expecting to much.

When I stay there I bring my own towel.

There was a fridge and refrigerator, everything worked fine.
