Comfortable property. Tastefully decorated and designed, following the avocet / seaside theme. Well located, just a short stroll to the beach.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean,dog friendly beaches pubs and cafes

The costal location was perfect for walks and swims with our dog.

Couldn't be happier and will certainly book again.

Fantastic!! Prosecco on arrival. Dressing gowns provided x nice touch x I loved the apartment itself as it was decorated to my taste lovely comfy bed!! It had everything you could possibly want. Turn left outside your front door, and you are on the sea front!! And 3 lovely pubs within 5 min walk all dog friendly x

What's not to like!!

The property was perfect for a few days away with my dog! Beautiful decor, extremely comfortable and quiet, very well equipped, fantastic location (2 mins from beach) and a wonderful host, who had thought of every little detail and communicated brilliantly throughout. Plenty of parking directly outside and a handy corner shop too. I was so impressed and would highly recommend.

Nothing, couldn't have asked for more!

Fantastic place, spotlessly clean and super comfortable. It was easy to find and Clare is a brilliant host. Lots of information to make the most of the area and always available if needed. Avocet is a moments walk from the beach and a great location for visiting the surrounding areas. Cannot wait to go back!

Really nice accommodation very well set out.Location was excellent for everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is marvellous. The host is excellent at communicating. The location is perfect, just minutes to walk to the beach, ample free parking outside the property, excellent design throughout property, just perfect.
