Convenient location to visit our dad in assisted living

Needs to be spruced up, easy to do. Get a different cleaner who cleans around the edges! Clean everything including all outdoor furniture. .All new towels and rugs and sheets are needed. Kitchen is nice. Fix the kitchen faucet once and for all

The condition of the property when I arrived is like he did not know we were coming. “Paradise luxury experience” is defiantly not this property, stay somewhere else.

Worst experience ever. My wife and I rented this 4 day weekend stay for just over $1,100 total. We arranged a late arrival and arrived just after midnight Thursday night (technically Friday morning). We were packed and out of the rental Friday morning 11 A.M. We stayed on the property less than 12 hours. My wife and I knowingly left with 3 days left on the stay with a value over $825. I sincerely hope this review helps people steer clear of this property and don’t make the same mistake I made. The 0 cancellation with 0 refunds should have been my red flag not to book this property. I made an impulse decision falling for the deceptive descriptions and fancy wording. Please do your homework and read all the reviews possible, this property uses every booking site out there. I will list the items in order of why this is a 0 zero review property: 1. The furnace heater did not work, 64 degrees the whole time. 2. The digital door lock is the same code for all renters, (5000) does not change. 3. The hot water is set too low, showers were not an option. 4. The pool decking pavers had weeds and grass growing throughout. 5. The pool decking pavers and the artificial grass had dog poop present throughout. 6. The artificial grass had weeds in the seams throughout. 7. The hot tub was empty. 8. The pool had a layer of debris and buildup on the bottom and top. 9. The pool had the cleaning vacuum lines out but not working. 10. The fancy island kitchen near the pool has not been used for months, extremely dirty. 11. The patio furniture had not been rinsed off, very dirty. 12. The whole back yard needed a good raking and rinsing. 13. Cameras throughout the back yard were creepy and invasive. 14. The only interior features that are somewhat updated are the refrigerator and the Wi-Fi. The property host contacted me and we briefly discussed my concerns. The host has a “reactive” attitude, he can fix the issues after we ask.
