Beds where to springy would’ve preferred a bit for stiffer and shower heads where throwing water out the shower. Hall ways were a bit warm as well

staff was friendly & had the best attitudes very helpful and the room was relaxing and clean

flooded lobby, breakfast was horrible, the room are dirty and looking run down. the bathtub does not have a stopper, curtains are stained, carpet is dirty and has stains, doors are damaged, walls has obvious holes and have poor repairs, cobwebs on the ceiling,

The breakfast was okay. Nice variety.
It would have been better if everything was in stock. After they second day, there was no Raisin Bran. I just saw muffins one day. I usually came down around 9:15am, it might have been there earlier.

Well I was not able to check in! They didn't accept my credit card on file that I used to make the reservation for the room and I transfered the money to a different account and then they told me that they did not take that card! Extremely disappointed waist of money

the beds were comfortable
there was a makeshift barn door for the bathroom that offered ZERO privacy. The a/c was wonky.

NOTHING.
Everything. The manager on site was VERY rude. He was so disrespectful. Threatening my family and when I asked for the head managers number he hung up on me. SO DISAPPOINTING. Also the room was DISGUSTING. The bathroom was gross and there was old food and god knows how many stains all over the place !
