Right number of bedrooms and bathroom as advertised.

No elevator, location of the apartment on google map is incorrect, stains on bedsheets, direction to garage is inaccurate and there are extra costs $30-35 per night for parking.

Good amenities, close to station and river - easy walk everywhere. Washer and dryer saved us! Spacious and fresh decor.

Maybe a bit small for 5 with only one bathroom…. But we made it work! Could add a coffee machine maybe?

The location is not the most convenient/nearest to Florence city center, need some walk of around 20 minutes

Good sized apartment, convenient for the station and all the main sights. Plenty of space, with good air conditioning.

It's a bit dark, but that's a small price to pay for a great apartment in a central location. Sadly, the washing machine wasn't working when we went, which was a pity as that was one of the reasons we chose it.

Easy check-in. Very well equipped apartment. Easy 10 minute walk from the station and from the duomo. Very spacious. Comfortable stay for a family of four.

A very old building with a steep climb up the stairs. No elevator. We lost electricity when we used the A/C and the kettle. The management sent a guy to fix it right away though.

It's a very good value for your money. We were there for only one night, but it was very comfortable, with Wi-Fi, AC in every room ; it's a little further from the city center than the Mamo Florence - Il Moro apartment, but still close enough to walk everywhere. Also, it seems to be perfect for longer stays in Florence (it has a washer, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner).

Total lack of a day light...during a day u fell like late evening :(

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment on Borgo Ognissanti. Apartment was spacious, modern and overall comfortable. Good location - has a feel of the real neighborhood but within walking distance to all major sights. Close to the train station, which we used in and out of the city as well as for a day trip to Lucca. Easy communication prior to arrival and the manager was already there with the keys when we arrived. Washer and dryer were a huge plus! Good value in relation to cost. Some tips: 1. Uffizi is open late on Tuesday and not crowded in those hours. Make sure you go to the café on the roof - amazing view and feel. 2. Make sure you have a reservation at a good place for dinner (otherwise you won't get in). Highly recommended restaurant: Giostra! 3. Best gelato is not the one displayed in huge mounds but the one in closed containers.

These are just some things to note (they didn't spoil our stay)... 1. The little bedroom looks onto the closed inner courtyard where all noise is amplified. My daughter was woken by loud music and conversation at 5am. Keep those windows closed and use AC instead. 2. The bathroom is definitely the epitome of "style over function" - the wash basin is beautiful but not comfortable and water splashes all around, there is not even a small shelf in the shower stall, so nowhere to put the shampoo, etc. 3. Not all requests/problems were addressed - the manager had extra towels and toilet paper brought to the apartment but did not replace the broken soap dispenser (although promised to do so, but never followed up). Initial communication was good but not during our stay. 4. Pots and pans in the kitchen are not in good condition and some definitely outlived their life cycle. There is no coffee machine. Would be helpful to at least have condiments like sugar, salt, pepper and maybe olive oil (although there were a couple of small olive oil and salt/pepper packets). No paper towels (or cloth kitchen towels). 5. No instructions for the washer/dryer. Fortunately my daughter was able to find the manual online, but it would be helpful to have them handy. You cannot use washer/dryer in the evening (unless you want to encounter the angry neighbor from downstairs) - because of noise, I think. (The ironic thing is that the morning noise in the small bedroom was way worse.) It's somewhat inconvenient if you are out sightseeing all day and want to do laundry in the evening. There is a drying rack though as an alternative. 6. Internet was good in the kitchen/living room area, but not in the bedrooms. 7. Warning: you have to bring your luggage up a few flights of stairs that are somewhat steep. 8. Warning: the living room is very nice but is in the back of the apartment and has no window (if it's important for you.)

Everything about the property was simply amazing. Very nice interiors, extremely spacious There are so many restaurants, supermarkets, and bars near the property Central to all attractions

If you are checking-in after 08.00 pm, there is a late check-in fee of 30 EUR applicable (this is not a complaint but for Info only)
