Exactly as posted! Great oceanfront! All the things you need and more! Views are wonderful! If you can't handle going up and down stairs, (49 total) that would be the only draw back! We had a great time! Nice place!

The unit was exactly what we needed & excepted! We were able to work & stay there while enjoying the great view! Only things that we didn’t enjoy were the 3 flights of steps that we had to walk up mainly because of recent knee surgery but we definitely enjoyed the luggage elevator to help carry everything up & down. Also the master bathroom shower was very small like a cruise ship shower😁 also a curtain in the master bedroom would have been nice to keep the sunlight out in the morning.

This condo was clean and everything we wanted and expected. The nice deck overlooking the ocean was our favorite part of the condo, eating breakfast, lunch and dinner out there. The bed is comfortable and nice kitchen to cook in.The screen door needs repair. But other than that it was perfect.

This condo was very nicely furnished & the kitchen was stocked with good quality pots/pans/dishes. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We were very thankful for the luggage lift because I don't think we could of lugged everything up the steps to the top floor. The only bizarre thing that happened was the smoke detector in the guest bedroom started beeping going off two different times during the night for no apparent reason, which was quite alarming to say the least. We enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn't very cooperative. There was also have a nice selection of books, games & puzzles. We would definitely visit again.

Loved this property. Well equipped, clean, great views. The living areas felt dark, although the furniture was very comfortable. Two items that need some attention: the hall bathroom sink faucets were a little leaky. The lamp in the back bedroom didn't always stay on. There may be a short somewhere. The view made it all worthwhile!

This is our second year in this little condo! We have really enjoyed our time there and the location is perfect.

Loved the condo. Wonderful view of the ocean. The owner paid great attention to detail and meeting the needs of the traveler. Didn't like the steps to the third floor.

What a beautiful location! We enjoyed watching the sunrises from the balcony of the condo. Even though the weather was chilly, the views of the ocean were wonderful. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was clean and beds were made when we arrived. There is some surface mold on the bathroom ceiling that needs to be remediated, but otherwise the bathrooms were clean. We would definitely choose to stay in this condo again.

Too much deferred maintenance: Two lamps without any bulb, screen door off track, adjuster missing from levellor in living room, burned out bulb in refrigerator, dead battery in wall clock, torn window screen in bedroom, peeling surface on deck, bracket missing in master-bath, peeling/missing paint in master bath shower.

This was our second time staying at this Condo! We were blessed with a wonderful week of Sun & 7O’s! October just can’t be beat in OBX - No crowds, amazing dining and super relaxed People! Seas the Day is just perfect spot to unwind . Thanks again for another great time!

We enjoyed our stay here and the location is great! Loved the easy parking and beach access/ hoses and showers to get sand off. Close to restaurants, as listed. Listing info never said the unit number- had to message host. Cleanliness wasn’t great in my opinion. Trash can (empty) smelled and there were flies in the house. Couches and beds were comfy and we liked that linens were included. Amazing view! We would rent again and hope the cleanliness improves. Talked to host on phone about hurricane concerns ahead of our trip and he was very nice and helpful. Thank you for letting us stay!

This was our second year staying here and we loved it just as much this year. You can't beat the location. Everything you could need is here in this apartment. There are a lot of beach supplies in the storage closet including coolers, buckets, shovels and beach games. The owner is responsive if you need anything- not that you should because everything is there already.

Great condo to stay at for a girls weekend. The views were amazing and location was perfect.

Tub and shower werent cleaned at all, no toilet paper as advertised, screen door broken, stains on sheets and pillow cases, manual can openers rusted and didnt work, electeic can opener rusted and didnt work, not enough cookware. Disappointed. Paid too much for these results. Stayed at a place a couple doors up last year for the same amount of money and more room and had no issues. Wont stay with this property again. Too much money for what i got. Sorry.

Comfortable condo for a family of four. Loved being steps away from the beach! Just be prepared to bring paper towels, tissues, toilet paper as well as the garbage bags mentioned in the listing, otherwise you’ll have none at the condo and will need to go to the store as soon as you get there.

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean and grocery store. Really enjoyed this condo. Great for family of 6 on a budget.

The condo was beautiful to stay in for my wife and I’s honeymoon. It was clean and the view of the ocean was incredible! It was so nice to be able to wake up and look out at the shoreline from both the window and the sliding glass door! Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises :)

Property was great. Can't beat oceanfront! View from the covered porch was absolutely stunning.! Location is excellent; close to several restaurants and shopping. Interior was very clean and comfortable, furnished very well. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

Our experience with renting this location was perfect. The condo was very roomy for all of us and we loved the private balcony right on the beach. There is no elevator at this property but there is a luggage lift which helped with getting everything up and down at check out. Would most definitely book again!! Thanks so much for an amazing experience!!

We weren't informed rental was on third floor. I am glad my 75 year old mother did not come along when I invited her.

We loved our week in the OBX. The condo was clean. It is an older building and the condo has minimal updating, but we understood that from the pictures. You can't trust the picture of the equipment in the shed though. There isn't as much in it now as the picture shows. The views were amazing and it was conveniently located . Super easy to back and forth to the beach which was perfect. There is just enough space that we could all spread out and not be on top of each other, but still be close (we were in a family trip after all). We would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this convenient location! The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. As with any older property, there were some very minor maintenance issues to address - will send a separate message to the owner. Again, very minor and did not impact our stay. There were a couple of things in the listing that were inaccurate - there was no hair dryer and only a very small bit of toilet paper left behind by another occupant we assume. Both are listed as being provided, so be prepared in case this hasn't been corrected. Also, make note of the fact that this is a 3rd floor unit - with 4 flights of stairs. The luggage lift was slow but very helpful! Best of all were the wonderful views from the balcony and the fact that there were literally only steps to reach the beach. Would definitely visit this property again!

We really loved the condo overall and the location/proximity to the beach couldn't be beat! It was pretty clean overall, especially in the kitchen area, which was also super well-equipped and exceeded our expectations. It was also really nice to have linens and towels provided, and there were several nice beach chairs to use in the storage closet. We did have some trouble with check in, as it's not very clear in the listing which unit you're in. We actually ended up in the unit next door for about an hour (don't really know if it was unlocked from the start or if it has the same keypad code), I called the owner but didn't get a response. It ended up not being a huge deal since we figured it out on our own, but did find it a little strange that no one ever called back considering we left two messages and had sent two messages through the app leading up to the stay. With that said, we've already booked again for next year :)

Super location for our 25th anniversary. We walked to dinner twice (Jolly Rogers and Goombays) but it was a great place for day trips too. Watched dolphins from the balcony. Perfect!!

We loved it. The condo has more space than we needed, but it was really nice to have a second bedroom for our baby to sleep in. The view was amazing. From the balcony you feel right on top of the water. And it was nice to have a TV that I could log into streaming services with. If we ever get back to the outer banks we will definitely be looking for this property first
