Perfectly located in an awesome area of Barcelona. Apartment was well equipped for our private chef experience. View of the Gaudi - Casa Batillo was enchanting. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and the numerous bathrooms that were all so beautifully appointed. Walking up and down Paseo de Gracia was a little like 5th Avenue NYC. Definitely would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to come back and visit Barcelona.

My family of 5 stayed 10 nights at this great apartment. Plenty of room for everyone. Check in was easy & Jordi was very nice & very helpful. We loved the view of Casa Batllo. My kids are still talking about the light show that we were able to watch multiple time per night. They keep asking when we can go back to stay at the apartment. The location is great for shopping. Metro & bus stop is right in front of the building for convenience fo getting around town.

The property was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Check in was fabulous. The owner allowed us to check in early since we were coming from a cruise. The refrigerator was filled with snacks and water. for our use. Washer and dryer was great since we had just returned from 10 days at sea. Location was the best. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, and is certainly very beautiful and well equipped. However, on my last day, I grabbed a towel that had been folded and left on the bed by the service that attends to the apartment. To my absolute horror, I find that the towel is covered in seemingly fresh feces. I immediately snapped a picture and sent it to Jordi and explained the seriousness of this, to which he replied “buff.” There was no apology, no concern for our safety, and no outreach. This is a wonderful apartment itself, but how that incident occurred and then the just complete lack of care will never make me return.

Process was flawless- the description of the apartment is dead accurate. There were eight of us, and we had room to spare. Bathroom for each room is major amenity.

This is located across from Casa Batllo a perfect area for shops cafes and luxe city energy. The apartment is spacious with beautiful decor and every amenity including quality air conditioning which was a must for us in August. Or host was great and gave us wonderful information. We would stay there again in a minute! Thank you for everything Jordi!

100% 5 stars, we would give more if that option was available. Superb location, amazing views from the bedroom, Jordi was so knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and ideas. The house has everything you can imagine. We used the gym every day. The doorman helped with our luggage. Elevators are super fast. The host obviously tried hard to fulfil every need of a guest. We had such a good trip. Thanks so much.

Christmas in Barcelona
We were a family of 8 traveling to Barcelona for Christmas and needed a very large apartment. There were 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable! The family room and kitchen were a great size and perfect for sitting around and recapping our day and playing games. The house was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The location was absolutely perfect. With many restaurants and cafes very close by. We had a beautiful view of the Casa Batllo house. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to see. Communication with the home owner and property manger was outstanding through the whole process. If we ever go back to Barcelona we would definitely rent this apartment again.

Great Rental in a Superb Location
Top 5 things about this apartment:
1. The location, on Paseo de Gràcia, is superb.
2. Having 5 bathrooms, 1 for every sleeping situation, is an unusual and wonderful luxury for an apartment in this area.
3. The view of Gaudi’s Casa Batallo out the front windows is a constant delight.
4. There is a high level of privacy between the sitting area and the master bedroom.
5. The booking contact, Santiago, as well as our on-the-ground-contact, Jordi, were terrific- good communicators in English and very accommodating, providing everything from maps and recommendations upon arrival to stocking our fridge with our requested items and our baby’s changing area with diapers.
Things you should be aware of:
1. The exercise room and second sitting area are part of the back master bedroom.
2. The kitchen is perfectly functional but offers almost no work surface, making prepping a full meal a little more difficult than usual- but we don’t travel to eat in- so this was not a problem.
3. The only exterior windows are the large front windows in the sitting area.
4. One of the two very nice king beds is actually behind a four foot high or so partition within the common area- offering limited privacy, but actually more than you might expect. And the bathroom for this “bedroom” is the very nicest one.
5. The 3 non-master bedrooms are small by US standard but more than adequate.

The perfect location beautiful accomodations in Barcelona!!
I cannot say enough about this apartment. It is beautifully decorated yet comfortable. The set up for a large family like ours was perfect. Everyone had a bathroom and independent sleeping accommodations. The access to transportation and the fact that you could walk to many of Barcelona's best attractions was a key to a great stay. I cannot imagine a better choice. BRAVO

LOLThe apartment located on the fifth floor, (in American floors really the sixth) had access to two small elevators that can easily accommodate your luggage up and down. When you first enter the apartment, it was fantastic. This place is like going to a five star hotel. There was nine adults in my party and we had more than enough room. Sometimes it seemed like a long walk from the front of the apartment to the back of the apartment. The view at the front of the building was great looking at the Casa Botllo, a Gaudi design house, and down on the street of Paseo De Gracia the sights are great.The furnishings were very nice and all the beds gave us plenty of choices. The walk in showers had rain like shower heads, an there was plenty of big fluffy towels. Being able to use the washer and dryer combo was also a plus. The kitchen was easy to use once you read the English instructions. I cant say enough good things about this apartment. Jordi who checked us in couldnt have been more helpful.I will defiantly try to book this apartment again on my next return trip to Barcelona.I give this place FIVE STARS . Lovely apartment.. met all our needs.. fantastic area .. family friendly...
We stayed here for a week. We were 2 families who stayed here..
The apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for us all to spend time together and have our individual space too..
The area was very safe with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Tourist bus stop just outside the apartment made it easy to go and see the Barcelona sights. Loved it!

location, location, location ! We can not ask for more.
It's our first time to Barcelona, and our group of 9 high maintenance individuals. We all very pleased with the condo. Everything works properly and it located few steps away from the Metro.
The master bedrooms are situated in the living rooms, and next to a school. However, there is no noise!
We highly recommended Santiago's luxury condo.

Barcelona Apartment
This place is beautifully decorated, great location and very clean! The owner is very easy to work with and helpful. I would highly recommend this to families and/or friends staying together. The only strange thing about the configuration is that the large beds are not in a separate room, they are part of the main living areas. It was not a problem for us but good to know going in. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment/s!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Barcelona. Santiago was very responsive, punctual, and helpful. The apartment itself was 5 star across the board. My friends are very picky and only stay in 5 star accommodations. They loved it and thanked me multiple times for picking such a nice place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean, had more than enough towels/linens, and provided unexpected extras like a free bottle of wine (with more there for a 10 euro charge), chocolates, bathrobes, and all the toiletries you would expect from a hotel. Location is excellent; upscale shopping and cafes right outside the door, about a 15 minute walk to the Gothic quarter, and extremely easy access to taxis. You are literally in the center of everything. I would not stay anywhere else in Barcelona and would definitely use this rental again. It was a great experience all around, and made us love Barcelona even more!

Wonderful apartment for 2 families with teens. Our group of 8 spent Christmas here. Great central location, walking distance to many Barcelona landmarks and attractions. Taxi, bus , metro etc steps from the front door. Numerous restaurants walking distance as well. Photos are accurate. Apartment was very clean, tasteful and contemporary. Comfortable beds. Lots of closet space! A few suggestions probably more valued by American tourists: More towels and washcloths would be appreciated. Wall mounted magnified mirrors in the bathrooms would be useful. Longer hot water runs for large groups would be a bonus. All in all, pluses far outweigh minuses. Nice touches included a stocked wine fridge with 1 complimentary bottle and nespresso machine with 6 free coffee "pods." I should also note that our host responded very quickly to our emails and texts and provided us with a greatly appreciated welcome orientation upon arrival. 5 star accommodation; highly recommend!

Convenient, comfortable, spacious
We reserved both sides of the flat and used 4 of the 5 sleeping spaces and one of the kitchens. The flat was beautiful and clean, the beds comfortable and the location was excellent. A small market was 2 short blocks away, the metro was 20 steps to your right out the front door. Casa Batillo is right across the street and offered the most beautiful view from the front balcony. We would stay here again without hesitation. I would offer a friendly suggestion that you have available enough coffee for all guests for the first morning and stock some basics like paper towels and laundry detergent (all items we left for the next guests). The concierge is friendly but you should know he only speaks Spanish.

Great appartment, great location!
We stayed for three days with 6 persons. The appartment is very spacious and high quality (new). The location is perfect for all attractions that BCN has to offer. A lot of shops and good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

This apt exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city! Close to all conveniences and subway, you will not be disappointed! The apt was beautiful, modern & had every convenience that made our stay feel like home!! Don't hesitate, you will LOVE this place!!
