L'accoglienza, la disponibilità, la terrazza e la spa fanno dell'hotel una certezza. Inoltre un ampio e comodo parcheggio riservato vicino all'lhotel

Purtroppo alcune mini pecche in stanza mi hanno impedito di dar parere positivo all 100% Purtroppo nella nostra stanza abbiamo trovato il dispenser del sapone vuoto e la porta della doccia difettata. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze bassina, sentivamo tutto quello che dicevano i nostri vicini

L’accueil à la réception, au petit déjeuner - avec une mention particulière pour la gentillesse de Sonia - et au restaurant et bar était parfait. La chambre était spacieuse avec la terrasse très attendue avec vue sur la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner est abondant et varié et on vous sert de délicieux cappuccinos. Le parking est proche, grand et facile d’accès.

La douche est mal conçue (portes fragiles, distributeur de savon inefficace, flexible avec arrivée d’eau chaude-froide instable). Pas de miroir de courtoisie. La rue devant l’hôtel est bruyante et un peu dangereuse vu la vitesse des voitures.

Great location

Clean property, we had a spacious suite and the staff were friendly and polite. The senior staff had a good understanding and could speak English. Where the other staff misunderstood they were quick to correct the issues and polite about it. Very quiet hotel with only a handful of other families/ couples at breakfast/ dinner etc. The location was also good being a 15min walk to the center of town or a 5min tuk-tuk ride (although these were very expensive 15-20 euros for a 5-7 min journey- not run by the hotel though they are part of the local town). Parking nearby which was free. They have a spa with an indoor pool but you need to be over 16 to access, i did not try the spa facilities.

There is no outdoor swimming pool here, or any pool for children to go into. The pool in the photos is part of the rental villas. If I can suggest to management it would be to allow access to this pool to all guests. The hotel room had some niggles but most importantly the aircon blew directly into your face whilst in bed and the aircon pad didn’t work to turn the cold up or down so we were very cold, had to use the 2 duvets but also really bad design having it blow into the face position. Also, the most uncomfortable bed, very hard that my hip went numb and the pillows very flat and uncomfortable. The food was what you would expect from the hotel, decent food.

The whole facility, the rooms, the breakfast, the restaurant for dinner, the staff, the location - best we’ve experienced in Italy!

Nothing, I cannot pick anything we didn’t like.

The reception staff were excellent so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Our room was perfect with a lovely view of the City and coast.

We were disapointed the swimming pool was no longer available and the ' Private Transfer' to the beach was so terribly expensive 45euro each way for a 10 kilometre trip !!!!! So we caught a bus which was 2euro each.

Location was good and staff were amazing at sorting my requirements i needed. I was disappointed there was no swimming pool available apart from the Spa.

No Gym and Swimming pool.
