Questo appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con cucina completa ha tutto il necessario. L'oceano è a pochi passi; la piscina all'aperto con scivolo d'acqua e vasca idromassaggio sono anche a pochi passi e pronti a rendere i tuoi ricordi da spiaggia. Vista perfetta sulla piscina in modo da poter godere del ponte posteriore mentre si guardano i bambini fare una nuotata o uno scivolo.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda camera ha due letti a castello / full e un letto singolo aggiuntivo. Lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabili (in cucina).
A Place at the Beach offre divertimento in famiglia per tutti: piscina all'aperto con acquascivolo, vasca idromassaggio all'aperto, piscina coperta con vasca idromassaggio, campi da tennis, mini golf, grigliate, spiagge sabbiose, attività all'aperto per tutte le età ... Non dovrai andartene!
Da APATB Management: la ristrutturazione della piscina coperta è prevista per la fine di agosto 2019.
Attualmente non c'è tetto sull'edificio della piscina coperta a causa degli uragani dell'autunno '18. La piscina coperta sarà chiusa (circa fino al 1 ° novembre) durante i lavori di ristrutturazione, ma la piscina all'aperto e lo scivolo acquatico rimarranno aperti fino alla riapertura della piscina coperta. La piscina all'aperto è in genere aperta fino a metà ottobre e ci sono molte persone che nuotano ancora in quel momento! :)
Anche la cucina e i bagni del condominio saranno aggiornati / ristrutturati durante l'inverno, quindi non esitate a farci sapere le vostre idee di aggiornamento!

Condo was perfect for a week at the beach. Amenities were plentiful, location to beach and both pools were awesome!! Communication with owner was always quick, and friendly. We would definitely stay in this condo again! Thank you for a wonderful week!!

The location and access to the beach and pool were good. The overall condo complex is dated and in dire need of remodeling. The condo was comfortable. The televisions were up to date, but the channels were limited if you wished to watch sports. I guess it was mostly basic. Furniture is somewhat dated and needs to be updated.

We had a girls weekend for a friends birthday. The easy access to the beach made morning walks on the beach possible. We enjoyed the pool with slide.

My niece and grandniece and I had an amazing mini vacation at this Place at the Beach condo!! My 7 year old niece loved the outdoor pool with the slide and so did I!
The view was enjoyed by all on the balcony overlooking the pool. It was a short walk to the beach with a beach wagon that was provided for use. The place had everything that we needed to make our stay exceptional.

This was our 10th year at APATB but our second in this unit. We used to bounce around but this is the only place i want to stay now. Clean, comfortable, convenient, well-stocked, constant upgrades. Highly recommend.

Our family has been coming to APATB for many years and this was the best condo we’ve had yet.
1. Cleanliness - the unit was spotless and so well kept. It truly felt like walking into my own home.
2. Supplies - I have never stayed in such a well stocked unit! I always bring tons of extra toilet paper, paper towels, plates, utensils, and cleaning supplies but I was pleasantly surprised to see I could have left all of it at home. Seriously, it was more than stocked. I could’ve even left my extra beach chairs at home. To top it off, there was a vacuum in the master room and it was so handy for daily sand cleanup!
3. Location - super close to the boardwalk and first floor access made unloading and loading a breeze.
4. Other - I loved all the updates to this unit. Hard floors throughout, large master shower, updated furniture, the coffee bar, and the general layout of the unit. I also really loved that the front door was a keypad and we didn’t have to keep track of room keys!

Loved this unit!! After scrolling thru numerous listings at A Place at the Beach I settled on this unit and I’m so pleased I did! The condo has been nicely updated, the kitchen and coffee bar were well stocked, the bed in the master was very comfortable, and loved that they had numerous games, and beach toys for the kids. We brought beach chairs with us, but liked the beach chairs that they provided better. Most of all I loved how close we were to both the indoor and outdoor pools, and the girls loved the big water slide and also playing on the playground in the evening. I also liked that the unit was on the first floor and we didn’t have to fool with the elevators. We enjoyed the fact that the complex did fun things each day of the week, whether it was a scavenger hunt, bingo by the pool, or live music, as well as a different food truck set up just about everyday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave, but we definitely want to plan to come back next year and the kids said if we came we had to stay in the same condo. So if you’re on the fence about staying in the unit, just book it, you won’t regret it!

Even though we did not need many of the items offered at this condo it had everything you would need to stay for weeks. Unfortunately we had only 2 nights but it was nice and bright, great location, very clean, beach toys, beach chairs, coffee, Keurig for hot cocoa, internet and 2 tvs., and a fabulous view of the complex and pool. Unfortunately the pool was not open yet, even though it was advertised to open early May, the state had not authorized use of it and there was no date promised. There were many people upset about this. The office staff was pleasant and because it was not extremely busy we were able to play miniature gold, basketball, tennis and shuffle board without waiting. The walk to the beach was much closer than we had thought it would be.
The condo was perfect and I would definitely stay here again. Owner answered my many questions promptly and was very kind and helpful. Wish the check out time was a little later and the indoor pool heated but the hot tub was nice. All in all it was a great weekend trip.

We had a fun and relaxing time here. The unit was in a good location with easy access to the beach and on the first floor.
We went to Fort Macon and did a nature walk nearby. Highly recommended! Another day we took a ferry from Beaufort to Shackleford Banks to see the wild horses. The town of Beaufort is very close and it’s a friendly town. We went to the Maritime Museum which was free and they had a scavenger hunt for the kids.
Staying at the property was comfortable and set up well. It was very relaxing to walk on the beach and look for shells every morning and evening!
The unit is set up well with a breakfast bar, a dining table, washer/dryer, two full bathrooms, and a coffee station.
There were beach toys, boogie boards, and games provided.
We had trouble staying connected to the Wi-Fi - you have to sign in multiple times, which was not great. But it did the job.
We stayed in early April which was a little early in the season and they were renovating the outdoor pool, but the beach and indoor pool were available. The indoor pool was COLD but at least it had a hot tub too.
There was also a small playground and mini golf course at the property.
We will definitely be coming back - the kids had so much fun, and we really got to relax!

This was one of my favorite rentals at APATB. With bringing two young children, we really liked being so close to the pools and boardwalk. The condo has a great porch view over the pool, but close enough to hear the waves all day. We really appreciate how clean, comfortable, and well stocked the rental was. Thank you for a great stay!

Our 2nd time staying at this condo and there will be a 3rd! Love all the amenities at the resort…we enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub as well as the putt putt. Rained all weekend but the aquarium was a fun adventure for the day. Had one of the best cinnamon buns from the Atlantic Beach Coffee shop! Honestly, this condo is so convenient to access everything…beach, pools, playground, fort Macon, restaurants and Morehead City.
The condo itself is very cozy and perfect for our family of four!

All was well except parking was a giant issue. we only had one car and it was a problem finding parking near the entrance to our place. If you go out to eat dinner make sure you head out at 4pm or you'll end up settling for pizza.

This is our 9th year coming to APATB but our first in this unit. I would definitely rent this one again.

Location is fantastic!!
Sounds small but the keypad instead of keys was wonderful instead of constantly managing 2 keys among 4 people

Very well stocked kitchen
We didn't need all the beach stuff and games but would be fantastic for others

Cons:
Fridge is older/small, lower shelf cracked so hard to fit everything
Shower in MBR could use a refresh
Could use a dresser in kids room but we rolled in cart from kitchen
Overall I am likely to choose this first in the future. Owner very nice.

Perfect spot for families with kids
We have come to this property for three years now with our kids, and it just keeps getting better. They are constantly improving the property, and it's perfect for a weeks vacation. This particular unit's host was perfection. From communication with quesions about check in, amenities in the unit, and early check out requirements- she was incredible. The only thing we needed when we got there was to get to the grocery store (Food Lion) stright down the street a little way. She had EVERYTHING a family on vaction would need. It was clean (master bath tub needs updates, but it was clean and functioning well) and when something wasn't right with the condenser in the AC in the unit, I messaged her, and she had someone out to fix it with in an hour or so. Book your trip for your family's vacation with her and you won' t regret it!

Lovely Clean Place
This was our first time staying in this places the unit was so clean and obviously very well loved and taken care of. We were in for our nephews party, so we didn’t get to use the condo that much. However when we weee there it was so nice. All was stocked for a family to have a great time. We will definitely try to get this location again in the future.

Nice condo
This was a very nice condo. It was clean with cute beachy decor and was close to the beach and pool. Getting in and out was very easy. The showers could definitely be updated and the bed wasn't very comfortable. But, this was a great location and was very nice for the price.

Perfect Getaway
Location is perfect!!! Steps from the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fire pit, and playground.
The condo itself is lovely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each evening and listen to the water flowing from the slide.
Visited Fort Macon and caught a cannon firing!! My husband was happy he could pick up the running path at the entrance to Fort Macon.
Had a good dining experience at Amos Misquitos.

Perfect spot at the beach
We loved our stay here! The condo is well suited for families. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, mini golf, games in the condo on a rainy day, and the easy access to the beach. It's so nice that the older kids can have some independence getting around the property safely. We also enjoyed a trip to the aquarium during our stay. We can't wait to go back!

This condo is immaculate! It’s beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The beach is basically right there, and there’s access to some fantastic amenities. You can’t go wrong with this one!
