Bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato nel cuore di Hollywood Beach,
a soli 100 metri dall'acqua blu dell'Oceano Atlantico.
A pochi passi dalla splendida passerella dove si può godere a piedi o in bicicletta o roller blading o semplicemente sedersi e godersi la vista e la dolce brezza dell'oceano.
Situato tra l'oceano e il corso d'acqua intracoastal, è possibile guardare l'alba al mattino da est e guardare il tramonto la sera da ovest.
Goditi la tranquillità del patio posteriore, dove puoi sederti e goderti la brezza dell'oceano, cucinare il tuo cibo preferito alla griglia o semplicemente leggere un libro sorseggiando la tua bevanda preferita.

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed staying in Hollywood beach, we were very surprise on how close the beach access was, and we are already thinking about coming back next year. Roberto was a really good host, and hope that the apartment will be available next year, and if there is other properties in the area open just in case this one is not open we would really like to know.

I got this room to have a place to stay while my wife and daughter were down for an event because their room was small. The host was very hospitable and the room was clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Roomy apartment half a block from the broadwalk, and walking distance to beach and many restaurants. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella were available for use.We totally enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay. Did not rent a car. Short walk to beach and lots of food options. Appreciated use of the beach chairs and bikes by Roberto. We used Instacart to get breakfast items from Publix. Grill available and washer/dryer a nice option too. We will be back. Roberto was quick to respond and accommodated our travel plans with a little later checkout. Thank you!

The place was clean and great layout for 2 people. Separate kitchen and seating room from bedroom was great! Nice 3 min walk to the beach. Patio in the back was tranquil. Owner accommodating with any requests. One bike working nice to have the other one fixed We made it work.

We stayed close to the Airport on the 1st 2 days and the last 2 days of our 10 trip. Of the 3 places we stayed this was the best for location, price, and comfort.

This place is so cute and perfectly located. Hollywood area is more low key than fast paced Miami so I appreciated that. Miami is only a 1 hour drive so its a nice option. The apartment itself was so close to the boardwalk and waterfront. If you want to go to the busy Hollywood Beach area where the action is, its a 25 min walk or a few minute drive. The parking garage is easy to access at the Hollywood beach area and not too pricey. The property owner is very responsive and made us feel welcome upon meeting us on site.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home as soon as we entered. The sheets were super soft and smelled fresh. The queen bed was comfy. The outdoor area was so cute and spacious! There were outdoor string lights, a table and chairs with umbrella, another table and chairs under the covered patio for when it rained. My daughter loved the outdoor shower. Beach chairs and towels available to use. Pull out couch was sufficient for my daughter and I to share. There was plenty of room in the bedroom and living room to spread out our luggage and unpack. The owner is very thorough with communication and arrival/departure instructions, posted evacuation plan and contact info in the home. Plenty of parking. Right off the boardwalk and close to many restaurants and beaches with beach service. Overall excellent stay. We will be booking with Roberto again! Many thanks!!

We wished we’d done 2 nights. The location was so awesome! One block to beach with so many fun restaurants to walk to. Was about 20$ for ride share from the airport and then to the cross port.

We were able to check in a couple hours early and hit the beach! Location is great! My only suggestion maybe a small cooler for guests. We like to take water and snacks and had nothing to keep anything in. Would stay here again!

It looks just like the pictures. It was clean and the bed was comfy. It’s on a quiet street away from the craziness of the center of the Broadwalk. The only negative thing I have to say is, the front door should have a key pad. We lost our only key and had to wake the owner. We felt horrible.

The apartment is so cute and well laid out, plenty of room and a super cute courtyard. Roberto is so nice and accommodating too! There was a small problem about the cleaning people showing not up so it was not as clean as expected, but we worked through that too! Overall, very comforable stay.

This rental was very nice and true to the pictures. Very clean and 1/2 block to beach on Broadwalk. Many restaurants and bars walking distance.

Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay. Weather was perfect and the one bedroom apartment with all it’s amenities made our stay a wonderful vacation. Roberto is a great host. Can’t wait to return in 2024!

If you want enjoy the beach and broadwalk in Hollywood this property is the place. The home has everything you will need, including beach towels and chairs. Near as I could tell the most coveted thing in Hollywood is a parking space and there is off street parking! Great place to stay.

Wow what a wonderful stay! The owner is awesome so nice and friendly! The apt is just as pictured and just a short walk to beach! We will be back next Jan 2024 for 2 weeks!

We had to cut our trip short due to weather. The property is cute. Not right on the beach like some of the pics portrayed. The pull out sofa does need a new mattress. All in all it is a cute little place.
