Can't beat the location and Anne always has the studio ready and welcoming!

Absolutely perfect little place to sleep and shower! Just a short drive for sightseeing in the city! Safe neighborhood and great community!

The location was very convenient. Lots of places close by, very clean. I wish there was some kind of binder or book with information. How to run tv things to do around area maps and information on trains or public transportation, restaurants. Owner was very helpful with all things.

Terrific time at this great Oak Park location!

This is my wife's and my favorite little place to stay in Oak Park. Ann does a phenomenal job with the decorating, cleanliness, and communication on all our visits. You can't beat the location - toms of food and drinks walking distance or a very short drive. You will not be disappointed!

It was a great place to stay for the triathlon. Very clean and comfortable. They only thing that wasn't great was that the upstairs neighbors were loud, but there's not much to do to help that.

I'm sad to say our experience was not stellar. The owner started off giving us a return of $$s due to using this reservation site over a $45/night cheaper site, which we are very grateful and appreciative!! Thank goodness for this, as the place itself had ants everywhere, on the floor only, or we would not have stayed, my husband used down time killing them... over 100. There was also broken glass from previous renters still mixed in the bamboo rug, which I was glad we saw before my visiting infant grandson crawled on it! There was loud walking, talking from the flat above every night after we went to bed trying to sleep. This is an open concept efficiency with no door on the bedroom and one chair and day bed to watch TV from, very uncomfortable. Nicely decorated, but not functional or comfortable. Parking in the garage was very nice, but this only happened after we confronted the owner that her ad said there was parking to use, which she said had to be 'requested' to her, which was not communicated, and is not evidently automatic... Parking in Chicago can be expensive and hard to find for long term, so this was the whole reason we chose her place over other sites. She also stated they were in process of moving so was messy, dirty, throughout the foyer/garage/yard.

This property was great!!! Perfect size for two adults, perfect location to local dinning and attractions and close to the “L”. I would highly recommend!!!

I had zero issue with this property. Staying here is the very definition of “hassle-free”. I fully intend on renting this property again the next time I am in Chicago.

I spent an extended stay in Oak Park in this spacious studio apartment for work. The location was perfect. It's in a safe neighborhood and I was able to freely walk to work and the downtown area. There was an accumulation of snow one day, and everything was cleaned off nicely. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice. The apartment had everything that I needed to get by for more than two weeks. I loved having a code to get in all of the doors, without having to deal with a set of keys. I did leave one day and forgot to lock it, not realizing that you needed to put in the code again to lock it, but that was my fault. I assumed that it locked on its own and didn't verify that before I left. I would say that my only complaint would be the apartment noise and the heat. The heating was a little tricky, as the thermostat was hard to understand. I didn't bother the owner with this, but it did take me a while to find how I could get some heat to the apartment. Maybe a little pamphlet or instruction guide would be great for other renters. The noise was a little hard to get used to. The laundry room is right outside of the kitchen and if someone is doing laundry throughout the night it can be a bit noisy. People were running up and down the stairs and then the opening and shutting of the washer and dryer doors. It can be a little frustrating. Also, the noise from the apartment above me kept me up through the night on more than one occasion as well. If you are from Chicago and have lived in other apartments, this is pretty normal, but I haven't had neighbors in a really long time, and it was a little difficult to get used to. This wouldn't keep me from staying again, because I do know that every apartment that I lived in while in Chicago is pretty much the same way. Overall it was a great stay. Thanks, Anne!

located in an established neighborhood with tree lined streets, near restaurants and close proximity to the freeway, we loved the feel of this studio with a full kitchen. Parking was a bit of a challenge however the owner helped us figure that out. A few items were missing but again, the owner came thru with the item. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to other family members.

Sprisingingly improved over time

Spent a week here for work and will be recommending this property to my coworkers!

We basically just slept here while visiting family. It was a nice place for a really good price in the Chicago area. We will probably stay on our next visit!
