Extremely fun house to stay in. There's a ton of screened in areas including a pool, hot tub and an outdoor shower! Three great bedrooms and 2 bunkbed rooms. 5 bathrooms. Wonderful porches with views of the road. It was fun to walk past the other beautiful houses on the private road to get the beach. Steps to restaurants, ice cream parlor, and shops. There was an eagles nest in the tree in the front yard. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great mom and daughter spring break trip at Shell Yeah. The house was perfect for 11 of us. Many screened in areas to lounge around by the pool and also just sit and enjoy the scenery. Whenever we needed any items for the house, american realty responded promptly. The beach chairs/umbrellas/wagon were a huge bonus! The 3 master bedrooms were all spread out giving each group privacy when needed.

Fantastic rental for large family. Rooms were soread out and plenty of porches with relaxing furniture so everyone could have their space. Pool and hot tub were winderful and the beach is at the end if the road. Kitchen was very well stocked. Close to restaurants and YOLO if you want to rent bikes or jet skis or go parasailing. Great location! Our prayers are with the cimmunity as they continue to recover after Hurrican Ian, but go and support the local businesses so they continue to prosper.

What a magical place to stay! It was perfect for our family! We had 3 master suites and two children’s bedrooms. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen and pool supplies! Close to the beach and cruises. Property manager-Lisa was always available and so kind regardless of any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again!

Second year in Shell Yeah. Great place for beach lovers with a short walk down the street to the gulf. Shells are abundant. The house spoiled us with all its space. Three private master bedrooms, screened porch, quaint sitting areas around the walkway looking down over the large pool area, plus the big living room and a dining room table to all be together, or not. Only thing missing is a pool bathroom downstairs to make it a perfect location to vacation in paradise. Captiva Strong. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids-Shell Yeah was the perfect place for us to stay! There was 15 total and everyone had their own space but we were all together. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space was amazing! I think my little boys enjoyed the pool as much as the ocean! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing home with us!!! We will definitely be back 😊

It’s been 10 years since we stayed in Captiva, we have been vacationing in North Cap and never stayed outside of South Seas when we were in Captiva, but staying in the house we rented was perfect.. within 900 feet of beach, restaurants, shops, coffee shops… everything. The house has two bedrooms separate from the main house that surround the pool, hot tub area and it was terrific. Will be back many times

First time staying on Wightman Lane in the many years of going to beautiful Captiva. It's been our family's yearly vacation spot together on the beach for over 15 years. Walk to the beach was doable even for this senior citizen. Close to good island eating places and shopping. Watching the sun rise over Pine Island Sound and set over the gulf offers spectacular pictures. Great family week with lots of nature sightings. Joey's ice cream pontoon boat pulling up on the beach is always a treat. Plenty of water thrills available too. Try to stay on the banana boat!

This is our 4th or 5th time to rent this home. It’s near restaurants and the beach. It’s layout is ideal, the pool, outdoor kitchen, hot tub and shower are beautiful and practical. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of towels, and plenty of beach towels in the linen closet. The only thing this house needs to be PERFECT is a little wagon, otherwise, it’s as perfect as a house can be! We love this home and plan to continue to return over the years.

The property was beautiful and was in a wonderful location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We have stayed on the island three times before at different properties and our family's opinion was that this was their favorite. It was large enough so that everyone had their own space if they wanted, but a large place to gather also. The walk to the beach was short and beautiful and quiet. We only had a couple of complaints. The carpet in the hallways and bedrooms were fairly dirty, and the washer broke the first time we tried to use it. Besides the carpet the rest of the house was immaculate. American Realty has a washer and dryer available which helped that situation, but it was an inconvenience. A maintenance person was sent but was unable to fix it. I understand that things happen, but I was hoping to hear something back from the property owners about our issues, but did not. With that being said, our family would definitely rent this property again! It was beautiful! Doc Fords was our favorite place to eat and the desserts from the Bubble Room were fantastic! And American Realty was very knowledgeable and helpful in our booking. Great customer service!

Amazing. The home was so well kept and beautiful. We used every space and room in the house. There were so many spaces inside and outside to relax and spend time with family. Wonderful house and location
I rented Shell Yeah for a trip with my siblings and spouses and the house and location were perfect. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and loved the street it was on. It’s an easy walk to bike rental and a great Mexican restaurant is 3 doors down. If we come back to Captiva we’d definitely try to rent this house again.

Perfect vacation
One of our best trips ever! We had a total of 10 this trip. House could not be in a better location. Steps from shopping and dining in Captiva village as well as continual
Trips to the beach at the end of our street. House well equipped with beach chairs, ice chest, umbrellas and wagon for beach excursions. House exceeded our expectations! 3 master suites and 2 double bunk rooms all with their own baths. Two of the master suites were stand alones but all connected by decking. The best part was that the heated pool, hot tub and ping pong area were all screened in to keep the no-seems out. Recommend copious amounts of bug spray for beach and strolling around town. We rented a pontoon boat for a family day of fishing from Jensons Marina also within walking distance and found some great fishing holes. We had originally rented a 6 person golf cart for getting around but you cannot take beyond Tween Waters. We had family staying 2 miles down the road with the idea of using a golf cart between the two houses but it was not allowed, so we were able to cancel and did not miss it at all. We had three vehicles that we easily parked at our house. Even though Wightman Lane is in the center of things it is a very quiet street. Plenty of cookware, dishes and 2 gas grills. American Realty that manages the house were extremely helpful and the few minor problems were taken care of within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed!!!

Fantastic Find!
This property was amazing! It is a wee bit outdated in the bed/baths, but you can not beat the size and price. The outdoor space is not adequately represented in the photos; it is lovely. The screen keeps most of the bugs at bay, and it is well lit to give it a very relaxing and chill vibe at night. The covered hot tub is wonderful for rainy days, and as long as it isn’t storming, the kids can keep on splashing in the pool. The walk to the beach was longer than we typically like, but the wagon that came with the property made it much easier. The walk to anything else (dining or shopping) was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations!! Plenty of room for all and the pool area was a great gathering place. Quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised to see the beach cart with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked with enough stuff to make meals at home.

House needs some TLC
Beds, linens and pillows were awesome. Furniture was very nice. Kitchen was clean but needed updates. Shower curtain was very moldy. You only notice if you are in the tub and open the curtain. Light over tub in.master bath keeps blinking. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Lots of spider webs in the lanai.
