We had an amazing time in there. The host was very good replying my text with questions and very nice and friendly. They paid our Beach chairs for all the days we were there. Plenty towels very well equipped kitchen. Perfect

Fabulous experience staying at this property! Outstanding location—walkable to Okaloosa Pier, the Boardwalk stores/restaurants, and stunning views. Beautiful grounds & gorgeous, well-appointed condo decorations—modern beach vibes. So grateful for the kitchen appliances (especially the blender) and UBER comfy bedding. Can’t beat the private pool, balcony, and easy beach access. Also—towels & beach toys + chair/umbrella service made it over the top luxurious & convenient. Camden was quick to reply to inquiries & kindly helped me connect with other property owners so my sister could book the neighbors’ place when we all return next summer. Amazing property & owners!!! Can’t wait to return!!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The views cannot be beat! The condo was stocked with all we needed and the place is very clean! We were usually the only ones at the pool! It was wide open every day. As well the beach service is so convenient! The owners are so easy to talk to and did check on us our first couple of days into vacation just to make sure we didn't need anything! The calmness of this place is so peaceful! Nothing was over crowded! I highly recommend booking this property, you will love it! Thanks for everything!

Just got back from a wonderful stay at this unit. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, had a well equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. The beachfront location was the icing on the cake.

We have never been to Okaloosa Island before this trip and we will definitely be back! The condo it self was just as described in the listing. We had everything we needed to make meals while we were there. Having the beach chairs was a huge plus for us, one less thing to have to worry about or hassle with bringing your own. My girls loved having the loft area to themselves with their own bathroom! The pool was very nice and we loved that it was never crowded. Overall the unit itself was wonderful as was the condo building. It was nice not fighting or waiting for an elevator or even chairs by the pool. Location to restaurants was good. We didn’t have to drive far. We had a couple questions about checking in and Camden got right back with us, quickly! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family!!

Perfect condo and location!!

This was our first time staying at Destin but have stayed in other condos on the coast. This was by far our favorite place. The condo was super clean and very up to date. One of my Wife's favorite things she liked about it. 😀 The balcony view was out of this world. The beach was very private and such a close walk from the room.. The keyless entry was also amazing. Nice private beach close to great restaurants.

This place is a perfect location, small modest condo nestled amongst some bigger ones. Beach is beautiful and close, limited use as it is a small unit, pool nice although we did not use it. Bedroom up front with queen would work if you have younger kids that go to bed early but you want to stay up and sit on the veranda or watch TV. My kids stayed in the loft but they are of the age where they stay up later than me. This is a modest condo, not a luxury unit if that is what you are lokking for. Photos actually capture how beautiful the view is.

The pictures dont due the propert justice. It was an amazing stay and I will definitely be a repeat customer! It had a great view for watching the sunset over the ocean or watching over the pool area. The property was very clean and tidy, and contact with the owners was great.

Great little home away from home in paradise. Nice place a little more secluded than one of the big condominiums but still had all the amenities and close to all the activities in Fort Walton and Destin. Pool, shower from beach, plenty of space, and nice balcony. Very easy to work with the owners. Only drawbacks were no grill and tight parking for large vehicles.

Kim is absolutely awesome to deal with!!!! She is the most responsive person we've dealt with in all of our stays. We loved the way she has decorated her place. The location was as advertised, quiet and not crowded. Plenty of room on the beach especially considering this time of year. We loved her condo and will definitely return....hated leaving.

We love The Veranda and are repeat customers. This was our first time in this unit and we were not disappointed. Didn't spend much time inside but we would definitely come back. Best non-crowded pool and beach scene in the area.

The accomodations were perfect. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. Is officially on our list of favorite spots. Cannot wait to be back.

Beautiful home away from home stay at the Veranda. Oceanfront and quiet beach yet close to so many attractions. Kim was fabulous from booking to checkout. We had a fantastic sister's vacation on Okaloosa Island!

The condo was steps away from the beach in a quiet, small building. Loved waking up and watching the waves. Many times we were the only people at the pool. The beach in front of the building was also less crowded than other areas of the beach. The unit was clean and had all of the needed conveniences of home. We definitely would stay again!!!

Overall, the condo was very clean and beautiful, just like the pictures show. All the furniture and beds are very comfortable. I have stayed at The Veranda before, but never in one of the 2 bedroom units. I have never been disappointed in any of them. This unit is in the middle on 3rd floor. The fact that the location on the beach is perfect with beautiful views is one thing; another is the size of the whole building is not a huge complex, so not a lot of walking to get where you are going, not a lot of noise, except soothing sound of the waves. Only 9 units, all with a beachside balcony and great views, 3 floors above ground, an elevator, shaded parking(under building, a little tight to maneuver but doable), also a very nice clean pool with lots of loungers and chairs, and last but not least, easy access to the beach. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because my sister and I were scheduled to stay for a full 7 nights, yet we were only provided with two washcloths in each bathroom, and not enough towels for entire stay. We had to wash them frequently to have enough. I eventually bought couple extra washcloths and left them there. Also bought extra toilet paper since only one roll was provided in each bathroom for a week. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, but I did buy a crockpot to use and left it there also. My choice because I had planned to fix a roast with vegetables so we could just spend less time running out and more time at the condo on the beach for couple days out of the 7 we were there. A previous condo had one, so I just assumed this one would also. Kim has always been very pleasant and accommodating to rent from. I am thinking the minor issues I had could easily be fixed if more attention by the cleaning staff could match up provided items to the number of people staying and for how long their stay is. Even given these things, I would not hesitate for a second renting again or recommending it to anyone else. Kim, thank you again for a delightful vacation!!! Patty K. & Kathy C. From Missouri

The condo was absolutely perfect. My family and I enjoyed the accommodations. I was able to watch dolphins every morning while I drank my coffee. The condo was clean, and Kim was great! I was able to walk 4 miles on the beach every morning and never got tired of the view! So close to Destin and the local community had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this spot! Thanks for the beautiful memories!!!!

We had a good vacation. There were a few things that really should not have happened. First when we got there, there were bed linens left on the kitchen counter, and some left in the dryer. There was a chair that was broken and a sign not to sit in it and the coffee table that was falling apart. As we were settling in and turned on music while we sat on the porch the cleaning person walked in. She said she knocked which is possible but it left a very uneasy feeling the rest of our stay that anyone could walk in at any time. The remotes to the tv’s were missing batteries. Finally there was what appeared to be and smelled like urine on the back porch that we attempted to clean because the smell hindered our use. Once cleaned it was fine but not what we expected to have to do.

This was our second time staying at this unit. Great views, with very easy access to the beach. Our family (my wife, 5yr old and 8yr old) has generally high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and updated furnishings. This condo meets the expectation, great stay!

This place was just what we needed. Quiet, peaceful, close to all activities! The beach was beautiful. We felt like we had our own private pool. The condo was spacious for our group of 5. Above what we expected!!! We would stay again! Thanks

We loved our stay at the Veranda and are already planning a return trip. Loved the unobstructed ocean view from the balcony- saw dolphins from the balcony every morning, less busy beach location. Clean condo with all the amenities we needed. Easy close parking. Great location for getting to restaurants and sights and activities of Destin or Ft. Walton.

It is a smaller condo complex and kind of sit alone from the beach aspect. It is quiet and cozy. Easy to get to beach! Just a few miles from Destin so easy accessible to the things you want to do there.

The property was great. Wonderful view. Coffee out on the the balcony with the view of the Emerald Coast was breathtaking, it just needed to be 15 degrees warmer.
