Property was exactly as advertised and owner was great to deal with.

Looked for a place the family could all get together for Thanksgiving since my brother and family are in Weston and live in Weston. This was a great place for everyone to get together and hold Thanksgiving. Property was clean and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Paying the extra for heating the pool is recommended if you are going down in late fall/winter months.

This property was just fantastic. The outdoor space was incredible. I think most of the trip was spent in the pool or hot tub. House was clean and nice and provided everything we needed. Location was great- next to Sawgrass Mills Mall and about 20 minute drive to the beach.
Before I booked I was nervous about a few things. I worried from the pictures that the floor may be cheap linoleum- nope very nice tile. I worried about the neighborhood being safe- well during a morning walk I noticed 3 houses with police cruisers (cops lived there) so I’m pretty sure it is one of the safest neighborhoods you can find. It was stocked with everything a house needs too.
I always try to think of something annoying so it gives an accurate reflection of the property. I wasn’t able to figure out the pool fountain - though I never asked the property manager. Also, the tv channels were limited so had to watch the sporting event I was looking for on my iPad. That’s the best I can come up with for anything “bad”.
Would love to stay again sometime.

Great place to chill out
We were trying to get out of the cold and spend time outside relaxing. The backyard lanai was the perfect place to do that.

This house was beautiful and everything I could've possibly dreamed of. The backyard was very luxurious. It had alot of space along with a wonderful pool and jacuzzi. The neighborhood is also very nice and safe. The manager of the property Mr. Viet Luong was very professional and attentive. He was always available to answer any questions that we had. Dream House
We were pleasantly surprised by how amazing this house was. This house had everything possible to make us feel at home and comfortable. Everything was so clean and organized. Nice home
House was perfect for our needs. There was 4 men staying and they had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub was awesome and Viet was great to work with. Thank you and we will be back again!

Amazing stay
This was a beautiful home and great experience! The property manager was awesome and very easy to get in contact with. Some huge spider webs on back porch plus found 1-2 living palmetto bugs and about 3 dead ones. Other than that the property was perfect and the neighborhood was very nice!

Overall a nice stay!
Aside from some issues with the pool we had a very lovely stay. The owner was prompt in responding to our issues which was nice. Nice house in a lovely neighborhood. The screened in patio was amazing! I was also able to bring along my service dog which was great for me. Overall the stay was a great experience!

I guess the only drawbacks-not enough towels, managers takes a while to respond (before actual arrival, once we were in Florida-no problems), and a good 20 min ride to the shore.

Great vacation with a few minor shortcomings
Just got back from a week long vacation at this home and, for the most part, my guests and I were very pleased with our stay.
Pros:
- nice quiet neighborhood
- great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen
- fabulous enclosed outdoor space including hot tub and pool
- fridge and washer/dryer were really nice
Cons:
- could use vacuum or mop (the floors throughout, especially the living room, were very dirty and our feet were constantly black with dirt)
- lacked garbage bags and sufficient paper towels
- kitchen could use a few more utensils (pizza cutter, measuring cups, baking pans). There was a can opener, but it was really difficult to use. Would be really nice to have had some other basic items like salt and pepper and cooking spray.
- TV in living room kept turning off (had to turn on several times before it would finally stay on)
- we had several issues with the pool and hot tub not heating up which required several back and forth conversations with the owner
Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to others. I think most of the cons I have listed (aside from the pool/hot tub issues) are easy fixes that would really make this property 5 stars in my mind.

clean, charming, amazing home with an excellent backyard oasis!!
We stayed over Christmas break, from PA to gorgeous Florida. This home was everything our family could ask for in a vacation home for our first vacation in Florida. Close to shopping, beaches, park, a large selection of restaurants, everything you could want is close by with the home itself being in a safe quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, well designed and decorated both inside and out. It came with a well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking whatever you desire. Of course I think our families favorite part would have to be the backyard. Our daughter did not want to leave the pool, it was amazing having such a nice pool steps from the house, the hot tub was a very nice amenity too. When our 3 year old wasnt in the pool or looking for lizards we enjoyed sitting around the table as a family. Being able to have a nice family dinner outdoors in december was very nice and relaxing. The total package for getting away from the winter back home in PA. We definitely recommend this vacation home, and would consider staying there again.

Great outdoor area!
This home feels like a "real" home and not a rental. House was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to highways to get to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. Our favorite featurei was the outdoors; the pool, hot tub, and dining areas served us well every evening after a long day. I would definitely recommend this home.

Home away from home!
I was very happily pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the property, the amenities and the responsiveness of Mr. Luong. This property is definitely "better in person" than the pictures depict. Everything that you would need in a "home away from home' was there. The thought that went into providing a truly comfortable and well equipped vacation home were apparent. I would definitely recommend the property and will stay here again when I visit Florida. The perfect house for a romantic get away!
I would like to start my review by complimenting the quick and courteous replies of the owner. He answered all of my questions and personally met us at the house at check in. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and totally loved this house. We felt the pictures didn't even do it justice! The first thing we noticed was that the house was clean and tidy, and also well stocked with everything we needed, towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and soap. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast in every morning which we enjoyed eating in the screened in patio. Our favorite part of the house was the patio and pool area. It was spacious, and equipped with a bar area, a dinning table, plenty of chairs/lounge chairs, and even a tv. There was also a grill adjacent to the patio which we enjoyed using to grill some baby back ribs one night for dinner. We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and watching tv. The pool was nice and clean. In fact the pool was even cleaned during our stay. The house was in a very quiet and nice community, with a Publix and several stores just a few miles down the road. The house was also a few minutes away from a huge mall with plenty of dinning options. It was also 25 to 35 minutes from all of the best beaches, Hollywood, South Beach, and Lauderdale by the Sea. I would like to thank the owner for a great vacation and a wonderful place to stay. We definitely plan on coming back next year!!!
