الموقع للأمانة اعطيه ممتاز لأنه قررررررريب من كل حاجة الطابع الديكوري للفندق بطل الاسرة مريحة والمفارش نظيفة وريحتها جميلة الرسبشن محترمين ومتعاونين جدًا والتعامل معهم كان جدًا لطيف صراحة انصح فيه واعطيه 10/10 أكررر الزيارة اكثر من مرة✔️

تعامل الموظفين ودود و راقي موقع الفندق جميل

عدم توفر مواقف خاصه للفندق وجود حمام واحد في الشقه بغرفتين

الموقع ،. النظافة ،،،والتعامل من الموظفين جميعًا،. والقيمة مقابل الشقة او الغرفة.

عدم وجود فرش أو موكيت في الشقة. والأرضية بلاط غير مناسبة للصغار.

The hotel staff including the manager are very welcoming. We have great place stayed, feel like home, main roads are alongwith, nearby to granada mall and nakheel mall. Hotel service are really extra ordinary. Also, if plan to visit boulevard and wonder garden, it is highly recommended cause faraway from traffic and easy to get back to hotel.

حسن تعامل مدير عام الفندق الذي اعطاني شقة بغرفتين و صالة بنفس حساب حجزي بغرفة و احدة و صالة. عندما طالبت بتغيير الشقة.

The size if of the appartment was spacious, lots of wardrobe space, sofas were comfortable. many restaurants close by. very clean,

Alot of miscommunications with staff, the bathroom didnt have enough hanging facilities. the breakfast i paid for for the room wasnt good at all, not worth it. should provide complimentary water and more Tea and Coffee. called staff to come and collect the brekfast dishes and he just walked into the room without knocking which i found absurd, being in Saudi.

Expensive, undisclosed total cost not in line with the price at the Booking time, Reception not familiar with English or any other language except for Arabic, bathroom lighting not adequate, construction works noises outside disturbing sleep at early morning

There was no door map on the entrance, or in the toilet or the shower door. i found a long hair on my bed as if no one even cleaned, and the ac sound was sooo high

Cleanliness is very good. From the lobby to the corridors and especially inside the rooms. There was no hassle from the check in till the check out time. The staffs were very helpfull and corteous. It was an overall comfortable stay at the unit.

They can improve their parking spaces and provide shelters for cars. They can also improve their rooftop deck to be more accomodating to the guests.
