Great location, near beach and town for shopping . Very friendly staff, lovely welcome. Breakfast was cooked to perfection.. It was near a car park which was a minute walking distance.

Our double room was on the small side but was comfortable. The shower wasn't good and needs updating . The bath panel needed attention as it was broken, and the sink was leaking. There is no electric point near the miror . Overpriced!

Absolutely disgusting, a shower from the taps, which was cold. No grab rails to get in over a very steep bath, no non slip mat ! Dirty scabby brown cushions on the bed! No hair dryer. No light outside of the building to see to unlock the door. A real rip off. Did nt go to breakfast as the cooking oil stank ! Put us off. All very old & dated, all earn out in the 60 s style. A real rip off for 130 quid appalling. Never stayed in such a disgraceful please in all my life !!

Excellent host and staff. Lovely tasting and well cooked breakfast. Very friendly place for a nice family stay getting the perfect balance of helpful and available without being overbearing. Room was a good size and typical of UK seaside hotels. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for looking after us :)

Nice atmosphere warm welcome seaview from the lounge window sitting out front with nice pint of good old Somerset thatchers Gold was so therapeutic

I should of booked an extra night but I'll stop 3 nights next year

Very small room and very small TV set and no both or toilet facility in the room

Breakfast was lovely could do with some more toast when there is two of you as you only get,one slice,of toast each but must admit didn’t ask for more it was cooked all fresh ,the gentleman that took our order was very friendly .

This isnt a complaint, its an observation.....the sink in the room was a little small and too close to shelf, we both hit our foreheads when using it.

Accommodation was in an ideal spot the centre of everything, the hotel was lovely and clean and looked lovely from the outside, breakfast was lovely and the owner were very polite, friendly made you feel at home couldn't do enough for you, would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
