We had the apartment on the 1st floor, if we opened the curtains everyone from the street could see in A bit noisy the night because of the several bars nearby

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped (the kitchen includes every thing), very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. Kostas gave us a warm and thorough check in, leaving his presonal recomendations which can be downloaded to Google Maps. He manages the apartments with his sister Eva, and both of them live in the building. Eva's beatiful paintings hang in the room and the lobby, and they add to the homely feeling. We enjoyed the apartment very much.

Great location, huge room and all the facilities you need. The host has made a lot of effort into making sure that guests experience the area to the fullest. There is a map with QR code that you can scan and it has all the restaurants and amenities in the area they recommend

I messaged the host several times informing of my arrival and got no response, even when en route from Athens airport there was no response to my Whatsapp messages. We had to ring the bell a few times outside the property before getting in. It was all fine in the end but a reply would have been nice for peace of mind! One of the bars was still playing loud music at 8am when we were checking out - wasn't so much a problem for us as we were on the opposite side of the building but something to be aware of that the area can be noisy on the weekend

Location was fabulous, close to good restaurants and attractions. Helpful staff. Able to leave some of our luggage at the Suites for 2 days while we were away in Meteora.

Bathroom door is noisy upon opening/ closing. Not convenient during sleep times.

Amazing location, in psirri. Really nice and helpfull hist.

The kitchen could be better equipped, no knives, no chopping board.

Place is perfect and super clean in an amazing location, only a walking distance from the main attractions, we didn’t need to use any transportation during our stay. Eva was super nice and helpful. Would definitely come again!

Our hostess was so lovely and friendly. Our flight was super delayed so we were only there for a quick overnight but the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed- wish we could have stayed longer!

There's nothing I didn't like. Except maybe that I couldn't stay longer, hahaha!

Wonderful studio apartment with lots of light right in the center of town and within walking distance to the main sights and fun neighborhoods. The host was helpful and accomodating. The apartment was very clean and provided some coffee, although there are so many fun and interesting restaurants.

Being close to everything also means hearing everything. Even though they have excellent windows, the apartment is very close to some very loud bars and restaurants. Closing the windows helps, but that is all. We stayed 3 nights and it was a bit bothersome but were happy to be in the perfect location.

Fantastic stay at Athens Suites - exceeded our expectations. Great value for money for a clean, large, and comfortable room in a fantastic location for exploring Athens. Only there for one night but would have been a great base to stay for longer. Eva was so helpful - stored our bags as we arrived before check in, and had great recommendations for food nearby.

Very nice room, comfortable mattress and pillows, big fridge and bathroom with all necessities (shampoo, shower gel, even earbuds)! Will be staying here again...

Location, conditions, cleaning … everyhing was perfect. If I go again to Athens definitely I choose Athens Suite to stay.

comfortable apartment very close to cafes and restaurants. at first glance for the uninitiated the neighbourhood may look a bit rough but instead it’s very lively and close to most attractions. very central and caring hosts.

all was fine, it was quite well insulated but could still hear some music from a distance. did not really bother us but if you are after extreme quite then you need to know. sone of the curtains were not wide enough to cover windows fully, so light will come through in the morning if you are after blackout curtains, fyi. we are early risers to see places so not an issue for us.

very comfortable with a lovely bed, kitchen and window. location is perfect with easy walking distance to Acropolis and other ancient sites. the local area has some fantastic restaurants and bars which are all recommended by the host. Atlantikos is a superb fish restaurant. go there! the price of this suite is excellent for the location. book it!
