A second food option would have been nice and giving robes/slippers to guests would make a huge difference with a small token

The location was fantastic! Accommodation very clean and nice. Housekeeping and security staff of the hotel were very kind.

The restaurant Sunset Café and Bar could do much better. The food was very good but the staff could do with a courtesy course or two. (Not everybody I must admit). But breakfast there would have been so much more agreeable if the staff had been just a little bit polite. After four days we escaped the accommodation to have breakfast and dinner in the village of Grand Case...

Great beach and location, absolutely beautiful property and view-this was by far the best part of this resort. Overall, very friendly as well (especially at the sunset cafe where they always made you feel welcome).

The property was a bit disorganized with how it was run. We were given our keys at check-in but weren’t told where our room was and found out it wasn’t even made-up when we walked-in (housekeeping was still in there). We ran out of soap and toilet paper in our hotel room since it wasn’t restocked. Also, on the day of checkout, they locked us out of our room before checkout time with our bags still in the room. When we finally got back in, they sent someone over to pound on the door abruptly asking for our bags since they wanted us out(even though we were only a few minutes past check-out time and we were delayed getting our bags since they prematurely locked us out of our room). Also, no one offered to help us with bags on check-in but we’re anxiously returning trying to get them at check-out to rush us out after locking us out of the room. This made our last day preparing to leave extremely stressful and overall unpleasant.

Great location with proximity to restaurants, friendly staff helped with everything, and beaches and beach service were excellent.

It’s literally steps to the sand and gentle water — perfect for people who aren’t strong swimmers. Breathtaking and varied views can be enjoyed from many vantage points. It’s also nice to have a restaurant on the property even if not affiliated. Proximity to the restaurants in Grand Case and the big shopping area at Hope Estate is excellent— especially if you have a car. The complimentary bottle of wine and water in the room and the fresh flowers were much appreciated! The decor is modern and fresh with touches of color from art and flowers! Not frumpy or old at all. Good selection of stations on the TV — for the few times you actually want or need to be inside. Parking is easy and convenient for guests. Security staff was friendly, visible and helpful answering general questions about the property. I always felt comfortable and safe. I liked the pool — although there’s no heat so the water was very cold. The hotel kindly set up daily Covid testing that met return trip requirements. I checked at a nearby pharmacy and this option was just $5 more and faster! Definitely worth the cost! I was grateful to be able to check in an hour early at no charge.

There were times when it was a bit noisy from vehicles (staff and guest) driving through. No room service options and I had to Google to figure out how to make the cooktop work. The system for exchanging beach towels requires a hike up a lot of stairs. If dealing with an injury or physical disability you will have challenges getting to the front desk area. That said, the steps down to the beach were quite manageable. I did wish the pathway to the restaurant and the beach on that side was smoother. I had a ground floor room, which had some convenient elements but the people above me were loud at times. No food or drink service at the pool.

Great location. 2nd best shower out of 3,400 hotel nights stayed. 1st was W Scottsdale AZ. Comfortable beds. Great room layout with pull out bed for kids and separated living spaces. Remodeled newer kitchen. Nice pool. Nice beach. Very comfortable beach lounge chairs. 10 min walk to all the great restaurants.

Restaurant dinner options were limited. Food selected was not that good. Water activities open up earlier so you can paddle board at 6 AM, or some alternative check out option of limited gear like paddle boards.

The breakfast was great, the service was excellent.

The service was great but slow. For time on the beach it would be better if the wait wasn't so long to get an order taken, delivered and then also to get the check.
