Loved this house! Clean- well stocked- wonderful game room! Bedrooms were big and beds very comfy with extra blankets on them. Check in was very easy and communication with owners was wonderful!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the Rocky Top Lodge. The arcade games were enjoyed by both the young and old in our group, as was the pool table. Plenty of room to spread out and not bother each other, or to gather together at the table for games, puzzles, and meals. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials, allowing us to cook breakfast there before heading out each day, along with plenty of trash bags, towels, and hygeine products supplied. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was ready almost as soon as we got there. Everything was clean and we didn’t need to talk with the company. My mom has mobility needs and the top floor was easily accessible to her. There were some broken bits when we got there but nothing major.

While we did enjoy meeting up with our adult children and had a good week overall there were a few concerns. First - safety - you need to add grab bars to showers. My husband and I are both in upper 70's and found negotiating shower difficult and unsafe. We also would not negotiate the stairs to lower level -perhaps a railing on both sides would be a help. Internet was intermittent and annoying and the satellite tv went out on us as well. Photos online were very deceiving - house is substantially smaller than anticipated. Also suggest upgrading pots and pans as some of us like to cook.

This was a family time consisting of two sisters and brother who haven’t seen each other in over a year. Sister and sister-in-law are handicapped, one with dementia. Ages of all from 72-86. So having the one floor with no stairs for them worked wonderful. We have a great time reminiscing.

Cabin has been well loved, however it is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle. Everything worked well, hot/cold water washer/dryer, range/microwave, entire cabin was set up with surround sound room to room radio, . Cutely decorated but very simple. Could use TLC but all in all a great stay, nothing major at all, We enjoyed our getaway!

The layout of the cabin was ideal for our adult family. The bedrooms are ideal for adults and the smart TVs are a real plus. Only issue was the satellite Wi-Fi weakened.in the evening hours and access was slow. The communication with the host was responsive and everything was as described.

This property was very easy to work with through texting questions and getting responses from in a timely manner. The house had a view of the mountains and plenty of room for our 2 families of 4 with tweens!! The 1st floor had 2 master suites for the parents with the living room and kitchen while the bottom floor was all for the kids with 2 bedrooms with a common area that boosts a pool table, games and video game system! ALL the beds fit 2 people easily! It was a great experience, all in all. A perfect quaint cabin in the mountains made our Tennessee trip complete! Thank you!

We made a last minute decision to visit the Smoky Mountains area and we booked this cabin the night before. The management company was WONDERFUL and easy to comunicate with via text msgs.The cabin was spotless and we were able to check in early...an A+. Cabin is roomy and kitchen is well stocked. Smart TVs in every room. The wifi is really poor, we got 114 mbps, so keep this in mind if u have to work from there or want to watch tv. We tried watching TV. It didn't work. View out the back is fantastic! Out of all the cabins on the street, I think this one has the best long range view. About 10-15 min to grocery store. Lots of cabins in the area, but you still have plenty of privacy.Roads are paved, some are a bit steep, but you dont need an suv to get there.The cabin is at the end of the street, it's flat and easy loading/unloading. No gas grill. Jacuzzi is small, 2-3 people max. A few things the OWNER needs to address: -all the pots and pans have the taflon horibly scratched (dangerous to ones health). -the outside of the cabin needs some serious attention. Huge holes from carpenter ants all over the wood siding, gutter fallen on the ground, huge holes in the soffit and fascia (probably animals trying to get in), deck and porch hasn't been stained in years, they're faded and look worn out. Big top windows are dirty and covered in spider webs. Probably need special services to wash those high up windows. Overall this is a great cabin in a great location!

This was such a beautiful cabin and very comfortable that two main bedrooms had their own bathroom and bathtubs!! I would just suggest changing the pots and pans for a little newer versions since they were hard to cook on but the few observations i made to the property manager, were taken care off immediately so it really felt like staying at a hotel 😍 loved the fact they had a safe gate for the stairs, with a toddler and a dog, it just made our life easy!!!

I thought Rocky Top Lodge was the nicest cabin that my husband and I had ever stayed in. The amenities were excellent. The location could not have been better.

This cabin was an excellent view of the Smokey Mountains. We enjoyed our stay , just was a little small for 8 adults. Wish there had been at least 1 recliner in the upstairs area but overall it was a good place to stay

Property and views were great! Check in process was easy and owners were more than helpful and courteous. We stayed over spring break for the area so it was nice to be away from the crowd but close enough to enjoy both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My ONLY issue was we could not get the internet to work even after resetting the router, and our phones didn't get reception (Our fault) to contact property mangers. So we were limited on ability to watch movies in the cabin, or wifi connect with phones. Other than this we have no complaints and would recommend and stay again pending Wifi is accessible next time.

Everything was great!

First, the communication from the property owner was phenomenal. We were contacted as soon as the property was ready. The cabin is close enough to the main parkway (10 minutes) but far away enough to feel like you’re secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. The cabin was large- we all enjoyed our own spaces. The game room downstairs was perfect for the kiddos to hang out. In all, we had an amazing time.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience. Beautiful cabin with beautiful views. We will definitely be stay with them again.

The cabin was great, comfortable for everyone and highlight was we saw a mama bear with 2 cubs in the side yard! The location was like being in the country but close to main highway and attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect for us. We had my in-laws who can not get around well and this place was great. The 2 king suites on the main level worked well for us and the beds were very cozy. The views were beautiful and we were able to see 4 cubs about an hour after getting there. The kids enjoyed the large area downstairs with the pool table and the arcade games. There is also a swing set that added a nice touch.

There were, honestly, pros & cons with this property. Pros: large size (4 BD); separate game room space downstairs for teens/kids; lrg dining table for lrg group. Cons: the entire cabin needs a "facelift"... carpets in BD's were dirty; wallpaper in kitchen was coming off; pool table had tape over one of the pockets & a paper shimmy to level up one of the legs; we had one dead scorpion in one of the BD & one live one in another (inside our shoes!!)... the list goes on. For the price we paid to stay on vacation here, these things should not be. Also, very remote location, with almost non-existent Internet/Wifi/cell phone reception. All in all, nice place. But many items need to be addressed by owners.

Enjoyed the cabin, close to town and activities but very private, never got to see the baby bear, but heard lots of critters outside at night. Back porch door was stuck when we got there but owner was SUPER FAST and got the handyman there in like 15 minutes. He fixed it and topped off the hot-tub and all was well for the rest of our stay, THANKS CINDY!!

We had a fabulous stay. Had a couple little glitches that were addressed right away and without hesitation. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. Customer service was phenomenal! The cabin was clean and stocked well, in a wonderful location for us and was dog friendly.

Wonderful Cabin accommodations were excellent. The dining room table was perfect for all 10 of us to dine and share. Large Porch was our gathering place after meals, especially dinner for fun and games, then a game of pool and hot tub. We had a small bear visit us every afternoon, what a treat!

Great cabin, beautiful views, comfortable and clean

Nice cabin. You can tell it’s pet friendly from the scuffs and scratches but it was very clean. 2 king beds on the main floor is nice. New kitchen appliances. Everything worked great. Down stairs games are cool for the kids. Pretty mountain views. Short less than 15 minute drive to the main parkway. There’s no driveway but you can easily get 4 cars across in front of the house so nobody is blocked in.
