Great dinner (and breakfast) Easy location for a walk up into the hills before dinner

Basic but adequate accommodation, in a small single room, I stayed two nights. Breakfast started at 8am so I requested a breakfast bag and it was offered. I could therefore leave early at 0715am as I had a busy schedule both days.

I think I would have preferred to stay in a hotel /gasthaus with restaurant and better facilites, but the location was perfect for my needs so I opted for the Landhaus Grafendhron!

Lovely rural location, large room, basically furnished but comfortable and warm. Staff were great, with a warm welcome, a meal and drink in the evening even though the bar/ restaurant was closed and a good breakfast the following morning. If you like an away from it all escape this is a great place, we also took the opportunity to follow a local walking trail, nice tranquil scenery and didn't meet a soul all day!

Actual entrance to the hotel was difficult to find. A sign on the front of the building would help.

I loved the tranquility of the place and the nature around. Bed very comfortable. Stuff very hospitable. Breakfast adequate and healthy. I definitely hope to be back again.

We liked everything. Great staff, service. Excellent food, both in the restaurant and breakfast. Rooms super clean. I recommend, for a short stay, as well as for a longer stay. Everything super. Greetings.

Nice and new, located in a very quiet little village with super friendly staff

The restaurant (only one in town) is only open Thursday-Sunday. But some locally prepared food is available for purchase and can be reheated in a microwave. When we arrived, staff was still around and offered to prepare a vegetable soup on the spot which was delicious.

Landhaus Gräfendhron is located in a quiet small village, surrounded by green forests. It’s perfect to go on daytrips : we went to Bernkastel, Piesport, Trier, the aviation museum in Hermeskeil, the suspension bridge in Zell (great hiking trails). The guesthouse is very dog friendly, the staff is helpful and the food is of a high quality ( fresh burgers, schnitzels, pasta and salads, a refined breakfast buffet). The courtyard is a relaxing place for drinks. The rooms are well kept and clean. Thank you Lola & Isa for your hospitality! We hope to come back.

Incredible breakfast, probably the best croissants in Germany!

Excellent response time by owner. We stayed with two families and it was very convenient - kitchen had all that was needed. The meal in the restaurant that may be open in the evenings was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Wi-fi net name+password provided/displayed inside the room would be helpful.
