Es un refugio de montaña MUY lindo. El personal era muy amable. La cama estaba muy cómoda.. era tranquilo en la noche y el desayuno estaba muy rico.

Solicitamos una cuna previo a nuestra llegada.. lo confirmaron por la aplicación y cuando llegamos se habían confundido y se la habían dado a otra pareja.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet idyllic setting. Staff were helpful and courteous. We appeared to be the only people staying so it was certainly quiet and we were well attended to. Car was necessary. Local restaurants were plentiful and we found one which was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Room and bed comfy and clean.

The room was very tidy and clean. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

I missed a small trash bin in the room to dispose tissues instead of having to stand up and walk to the bathroom.

It was a very intimate setting, wonderfully close to running/hiking trails to the east of the city.

The surrounding, the room, the shower. The sheets were nice and the decor was ok.

The food and drinks were HORRIBLE. And there was no visual warning on the price of the hot-tub, or did they tell me when I asked for the reservation. So at check out, there was a $30.000 clp charge which i would have never paid for if I'd known. By far the worst hotel dining experience I've ever had. Small portions, boring reheated food and the drinks were so bad we just left them there. This stay was a birthday celebration and it was actually sad. I told them too and not even a HAPPY BIRTHDAY card or anything. Just sad. Breakfast the next day was nice though so... at least that was ok

Exceedingly friendly and helpful staff who sorted out a number of travel-related problems we had with good cheer and great efficiency, Spectacular view from the terrace, the mountain view is definitely recommended. Excellent breakfast and good service all round. Five out of five.
