Loved the location of this hotel in the back streets of Chania. We had 2 rooms & both rooms were clean & well presented. Nice to have some complimentary items in the fridge too. Roof terraces are available for guests to relax & the top terrace gives a nice view of Chania Harbour. Bed was comfortable & linen & pillows are a good quality. Staff were all happy & friendly & the buffet breakfast served a good selection of fresh fruit & cooked food.

Super adorable! I love that it was close to all the shops and restaurants.

The parking. If you have a rental you have a little bit of hard time to find parking but was worth the hassle

Very helpful and friendly staff, who were very easy to get in contact with when needed. They were quiet during the season we stayed, so we got to pick our room on arrival. We chose a cute little room with a balcony, which was nice to sit and have our morning coffee. They also have a nice courtyard to sit and enjoy the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location.

A bit noisy at night due to bar downstairs, but the noise died down eventually and didn't bother us too much.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel OFF. It’s a very cute area close to everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful with area recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a great addition. The whole Venetian Harbor area can be a little noisy since it’s a major tourist area but we were so tired from sightseeing it didn’t keep us up.

Super cute hotel, with a lovely and helpful Team. Although the hotel is near Bars, Restaurants it is not noisy at all. The location is just perfect - it is located on the end of the old town, the promenade and the light house is just around the corner. It only takes you 5 minutes to the sea, around 15 minutes to the next beach. The hotel is beautiful - old town charme building meets modern style. The rooms are modern and well equiped and on the rooftop there is a beautiful rooftopterasse. There is also the lovly indoor garden, which is also used for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is a dream, everything is bought locally or is made from the team itself. All in all the hotel with it's unique charme is highly recommended.

Lovely boutique hotel, wonderful restoration. Loved the balcony in our room, the terrace upstairs and downstairs! Couldn’t be better located.

When we were picking up our bags to leave we were told there was no toilet available for us to use. How can this be????

This was an incredible place to stay for a night of our honeymoon. The room was lovely with a Romaric but modern touch. We loved our little balcony, it was a perfect location 2 minutes walk to the heart of old Chania and the breakfast was phenomenal in the cutest courtyard. We will 100% be back.

Nothing! We loved it all

Love for the detail, you can see the personal tasteful note in every corner - without overwhelming the eye. It’s simple and chic and we loved loved loved the shower, the mattress and the little breakfast. Also, our dog was welcome and received hugs and love from the staff. We couldn’t be happier

We came in the main season, which was too crowded for our taste. Has nothing to do with the hotel, tho ;)
