The pool is nice, the location is cool. Staff at the restaurant were nice and the food there as well.

Our stay was unfortunately not pleasant. The facilities of the hotel (aside from the restaurant) are getting old and you can hear everything that is happening in the neighbouring rooms and hallways, resulting that we were unable to sleep our whole stay. In addition we had few other issues come up during our stay and the hotel staff never met us with solutions or friendliness. All problems were projected on us and we were made the problem. The hotel manager especially challenged us on the complaints we arose, didn’t make you feel welcomed or listened to as a guest. The level of hospitality and communication on this hotel was very poor. The restaurant and restaurant staff, however, were great.

The restaurant is really good. The staff was always friendly and supportive. In general it was a very good experience. The hotel is close to the old town, which is really worth visiting. The sunset view from the restaurant is a must! Can only recommend.

Everything. The views were spectacular especially the sunset every night. The pool was fantastic. It was like a mini resort and the staff were the best we have ever come across. The restaurant was great at a good price. Breakfast was also great and the service of a free shuttle bus to the old town was a good service.

The hotel view is amazing ! There is free parking area ,the breakfast is nice but not much diverse. The rooms are clean but the design is not modern. The walls are very thin and we hard every little thing from the other rooms . The shower is very small. The hotel located 4km from the city centre. The staff was very nice and helpful

The hotel was at the best location. Scenery was breathtaking. I honestly didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was amazing and so was dinner. Honestly one of the best room service out there. The shuttle service was clutch too!

Nice staff, restaurant with view, family friendly

The hotel is on top of a hill with a great view of Chania and amazing sunset ocean views. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. There were 2 bedrooms and one bathroom which was perfect for our family.

Parking was not super easy, but that's part of having a hotel on a steep hill!

Great staff with big smiles! Great idea having shuttles for free because of the location! Great view when having breakfast! If only I could stay more days!

What an incredible hotel, we loved everything about it!! Wonderful rooms, excellent breakfast in the restaurant, breathtaking views from the rooms and the restaurant, and a very convenient shuttle to the old town of Chania. Gorgeous and relaxing pool area. The hotel and rooms were very clean and maintained to a high standard. The only small issue we had was that there was only minimal separation between our balcony and our neighbor, so there wasn't much privacy between the two balconies. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and we would certainly recommend this hotel. It is not located in the heart of old Chania, but it offers so many more advantages than staying in a small room in the old town.
