La ubicación no podía ser mejor. Está en una zona residencial muy bonita junto al Palacio de cristal. La zona de aparcamiento es tipo zona hora pero Cecilia, la gestora de la vivienda nos proporcionó aparcamiento en el mismo edificio. Súper cómodo y con muy bien precio. Al centro, íbamos y veníamos en Uber. Todos nos salieron por menos de 4€, incluso los nocturnos. El centro está a menos de 5 minutos. Llevábamos mascota y había zona césped justo debajo del edificio para poder bajarla (el césped tenía cartelería que permitía que se pudiese usar con este fin). El que el alojamiento permita esto es un plus de calidad para nosotros. En cuánto a las instalaciones, no le faltaba de nada. Exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Muy bonito y lo más importante, las camas cómodas. Nos proporcionaron café,té, unas botellitas de agua y además una botella de vino y unos dulces como obsequio. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Oporto.

Cecilia was a wonderful, welcoming, helpful, outstanding host, the best ! She went out of her way to help us with a medical problem.Her apartment is spotless clean, very comfortable bed, spacious, well equipped. We highly recommend!!

We liked everything!

María Cecilia, la anfitriona, se desvive por hacerte la estancia agradable. Te indica todo cuando entrega las llaves y te despide a la salida. Llovía a mares cuando llegamos y aunque no era la hora de entrada , se acercó a darnos las llaves y pudimos dejar el equipaje en el apartamento y el coche en el parking del edificio a un precio muy adecuado.

Extremely friendly host and very clean and comfortable apartment.

No fault of the owner but there is a lot of construction on a nearby metro line. It was still a very quiet stay just a lot of traffic congestion and having to walk out of the way to get places nearby.

I have never seen such care for my guests as from Maria Cecilia! Everything is provided: from a full set of dishes to valid cards for public transport. Great location (near bus stops, a wonderful food court with a variety of cuisines - not to be confused with fast food!, a park with gorgeous observation decks). If you come to Porto to take a break, then only to Maria Cecilia!

Maria was fantastic and completely accommodating. the propert was in a great location, yet very quiet at night. it is a large apartment building, but the apartment has a lot of character. Also, I had a dog and he ended up befriending most of the neighbors, too. I had no complaint whatsoever.

Nothing. it was a really nice stay. I guess if I really had to find an issue, I might be concerned if there was a heat wave in Porto—there isn’t air conditioning. Although Porto’s weather is typically mild and I didn’t need it at all during my stay, I’m sure Maria would be more than happy to provide a fan, if asked.

Excellent property modern, clean, all facilities. Location and the host has provided nice and homely features.
