We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, stunning views and lovely garden. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and gave us many tips on sites to see and areas to explore. We loved seeing the beautiful and colourful fishing sail boats coming in after their catch, while having our breakfast each morning. We also enjoyed the huge pool overlooking the ocean. There are also some villas with large semi private pools. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Rajavilla one of the best resort I have ever stayed. amazing sea few from balcony with sound of waves makes you more comfortable and relaxing. food was excellent with amazing friendly staffs at both receptions and restaurant you can feel that while villa just like yours and all of them on your service. especiall thanks to Erwin and Ayisha at reception, Arman, Habib, Wan, and Sini at the restaurant. they are so friendly. definitely stay here again if I come back to Lombok again.

The resort is new and has excellent facilities (a very nice swimming pool notably). The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Nice beds. Very helpful staff. A very good accommodation solution in Lombok.

The hotel promotes itself as having a private beach. This is technically true but the beach is not well maintained, small and it is not really possible to swim there.

Our room is spacious for a family size, very comfortable. Soft and comfortable mattress. Cleanliness of blankets, pillows, towels is very good. The bathroom is comfortable, the design is simple but neat, the towels are soft and smell good and complete with small towels. WIFI is available and quite fast. The restaurant is nice and clean, supported by friendly and very helpful staff. Nice view during breakfast is another added value. The pool is pretty good, next to restaurant and the view is directly to the sea, perfect for taking good photos :)

Minor suggestion: Need to add other breakfast menus such as egg corner, porridge, pastries, cookies, traditional food (lupis, herbs drinking, market snacks, etc.) The shower water pressure is still lacking and I suggest providing a solid soap in the bathroom.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Always ready to provide a helping hand. A short gojek ride to other places.

The spa was closed, most likely due to covid, but there are plenty of options outside.

Rooms are a bit noisy that we kept hearing noise from the next door. We were promised a welcome spa massage as per booking and the staff didn't honour it or do something about it despite we asked the reception staff 3 times .

The resort was clean, quite and right on the beach. I had a deluxe room facing the seaside. It was tidy and neat. The staff were incredible specially Jao who helped me a lot when I asked for any information and even when I wanted to rent a bike, he contacted a rent company who came to the hotel directly. Wawan and Ihsan from the restaurant were very friendly too. The resort was 10-15 mins walk from Senggigi beach and the closest supermarket.

The resort comes on a corner of a street, sometimes the bikes noise might be heard but its not massive, nothing to worry about.

beautiful rooms, very modern, extremely clean and well decorated. the breakfast was BY FAR the best we had in Indonesia after spending 3 weeks. the pool is crazy big and beautiful. the staff is incredibly helpful and professional.

The staff were very nice and friendly. They set up a surprise greeting for a birthday. They also organised a driver to a spa nearby and will help with any questions. Location is good a bit further out from everything but you can get a car ride or food delivery out there. The views are fantastic and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant! Thank you!

We loved the amazing breakfast - you could choose and mix and match from a long list and really rolled out of the nice dining area with seaview after breakfast. The staff was super friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. You can perfectly chill at the pool and listen to the ocean.

You can’t really swim at the beach in front of the hotel as there are big stones or corals at the access. The location is a bit far from the city center to walk regularly. But you can easily get a Grab for a few Rupiah.

We were supposed to receive a spa something upon arrival and it didn’t happen. The check out staff were extremely rude when I questioned paying for room service breakfast, which we didn’t eat. There was potentially a ghost in the bedroom.

The staff are the key feature of what I look for and this property has it it aces. One top of that the location, layout and general peacefulness was a treat during my stay

The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way for me. For instance, Elly picked up some medicine for me in Mataram. The breakfast was huge. All the Indonesian food was delicious. The view was spectacular. It's a gorgeous place.

The private lagoon pool was awesome (so big!), but it was too warm. The lagoon pool rooms are a little small because of the large outdoor area, but my sliding glass door didn't lock properly. I had to use the side door. It wasn't a big deal.
