No air-conditioning in the lounge

It was a lovely 3 days 2 nights stay at Villa Stella Garden. We enjoyed the pool.

The aircond at all rooms was pretty warm when we arrived. Lodge a comment to the person in charge and it was fixed the day after. Had some wifi issue on 2nd day since the bill hasnt been paid yet.

Good location if you have a scooter . They arranged 4 scooters for us for rental . Great little bakery/restaurant for breakfast down the street. Having the pool table was nice but would have been better with some new pool ques, as all of them were cracked and had no tips on the end . The pool was great for a swim .

There was nobody there when we arrived. Gates were locked and then doorbell doesnt work. We had to get our driver to call. Security & property manager arrived shortly afterwards, apologized and told us they didnt know we had reservations for that day . No welcome drink and they didnt ask if we wanted a chef for breakfast or dinner. Only the bedrooms had A/C , minus 1 room only had a fan . The rest of the house had no A/C. Not enough towels, we had to use the same towels for shower and Pool. We had already checked out to go to a different hotel as this Villa was already booked up . My son had realized later on that he had forgotten his JBL speaker , I had messaged the property manager right away , she said they will check and get back to me . They next day , I still hadn't heard anything back so I messaged again , she replied saying she forgot to message me back but they didnt find anything and we should check our luggage again. It was definitely left at the Villa as my son didnt bring it anywhere else so I'm little upset about that...dont know what else to say about that..
