The house has a great layout for multi families and our stay was great! We had no issues checking in, the house was clean upon arrival, hot tub was clean and ready for use and it was decorated nicely. It was just a family of 5 for this stay but we have already reserved a future stay with other families because we loved it so much! We have stayed in other homes in Sunriver over the years and this was our favorite so far! The Christmas decor was a beautiful touch for our stay after New Years and made it warm and cozy. We will be back!

Only thing I would mention is the Family room TV could be updated. It wasn’t our main focus but our family loves sports and it was hard to watch games on the smaller/older TV for the price of the rental but definitely not a deal breaker for us.
