perfectly located for exploring the Copper Coast and beyond . our hostess , Tamara , was exceptionally helpful and engaging . room was very comfortable. will definitely book again .

Tamara was a great host. I even booked a massage with her which was really great. I can only recommend this part of Ireland and her Airbnb. The room was clean and nicely made up. And her two dogs were the icing on the cake!

There was really nothing I didn’t like!

Absolutely gorgeous property and surroundings - peaceful and quiet. Inside cottage is super comfortable with cosy decorations and felt more like a luxury retreat - different coffees and teas, candles, fruit, chocolates, fresh flowers, books and magazines, very clean, everything you can possibly need for personal grooming from shampoo to hand cream and shoe polish! There is a fridge in the room, kettle and a toaster and a breakfast table. Modern TV with Netflix and YouTube available. Beach gear (blankets and games). Every details had a wonderful touch and we just loved so much staying here. Owner is very friendly and have two awesome dogs that came out to play with us when we asked - otherwise we didn't even hear that dogs were there - very quiet! If you like yoga, owner have yoga classes in the morning on the other side of the property - next time I will definitely join! There are also outdoors sitting area with a fire place - great option for summers!

I really loved it here. If I were to suggest just one improvement, I'd say a small sink to wash cups and plates after the breakfast (or a mini dishwasher for two people), as the only option we had was to use bathroom sink. But even without it - absolutely wonderful experience staying here!

Lovely place, put together with real care. Gorgeous part of the country also, the nearby towns are well worth a visit.

Amazing views and host!

It's a really great place to stay!! Everything was prepared for our arrival - the room was extremely clean and comfortable. It was cozy and beautifully decorated. The host was friendly and attentive. Cute, super-smart dogs at the property :-) I would highly recommend this spot to anyone exploring County Waterford!!

Lovely room! In a nice place and surroundings, beautifully decorated (in general and specifically for the Christmas season), and with an amazing collection of quality cosmetics and toiletries offered for free - the best ever! Even the great Hermes 'Poivre de Samarcande' that I adore was there (I almost used it up). And a great host. Thank you Tamara!

Only one, not important thing, the light switches: the switch for the bathroom very far away from it; only one switch for the different lights of the two parts of the room, the very strong light in the dining part and the sweet light in the bedroom part (if you cannot change switches, change at least the lights).

- Beautiful stunning location situated in the southern countryside of Ireland. - Very caring and helpful host. - The granny flat is interior designed with a touch of class. - Very comfy bed, put me into instant sleep coma :) - Perfect place to gaze at sky full of clear twinkling stars far away from pollution of the city. - Its a home away from home.

The accomodation was super clean, spacious and cozy at the same time and Tamara's pets are simply magnificent. A wonderful place to relax after visiting Waterford coves! And thank you, Tamara for tipping us what coves where most interesting :)

Excellent location for exploring the Copper Coast by bike. There was a good storage for them too. The room was very clean and comfy and the breakfast superb. Tamara - the host - was very friendly and offered a lot of information on the local sites of interest. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect!!

The house is in a really great location and Tamara has lots of great small touches which really makes the stay enjoyable. Will book again
