not much. a very standard experience. highly inflexible staff.

i booked the wrong day by accident. i called the hotel to try rebook (1 day earlier) and they went ahead and cancelled my booking, took 50% of the total fee and then charged me 100% of the fee for the next day. highly inflexible and will definitly not stay there again.

this time around everything was spot on , from the room to the staff. Friendly and extremely helpful. my room did not have a fridge called reception and with 5 minutes 1 was placed in my room.

Perfect location . Not happy with the carpets most of the hotel. I think it needs the modern touch. Breakfast was bit cold for my likings

The staff is trying but very slow to assist, you can stay up at the reception for 1 hour to get assistance

Ordered food for room service it was fast and I enjoyed the food aswell.

Please please improve your furniture, atleast try to put iron in each room, I mean we can't iron in one room that's being unfair, atleast put rusk in each room your breakfast are delicious

Ironing ND your furniture, your light switch aswell it's like I can be choked by Electricity as cable are all over

The food was excellent. The spicy Chai is a must have. Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable, and spacious

Day 3 they forget to put soap

We had to bath with cold water and the managee MOONSAMY was very rude when we laid the complaint, i am very angry and disappointed

Everything the treatment and the way they help me my check out was at 10am and my transport was going to arrive at 10 pm I had lots of staff they kept them safe for free while I go around shopping until I came back to collect them. I surely gonna come back to them again on next visit

Room wasn't upto standard of the 4 star hotel, fewer towels also the TV isn't working properly, it had limited channels. The room key wasn't working and so I had to wait for security to open for while I was in an upstairs floor. They couldn't fix it nor transfer me to a room that has working door system.
