1. Using just 1 key per room 2. Having to pay cash, a damage deposit, parking fee - all of which was not mentioned upfront when we made the booking. 3. Returning the damage deposit took a full 2 days, and after numerous follow up calls. Annoying.

The stove was not working(Oven), Sheets had white steins, the was no sugar of Tea, The toilet was not clean and had a faul smell I had to clean for my family to be safe Towels provided were less 3 for a family of 5. No soaps,or Shower gel,Loation that we normaly get from hotels Cost did not match the standard of the place Informed of additional deposit on arrival and refund not received.

The thing that I like about the facility is that is close to beach and Ushaka Marine and other facilities. It is a good holiday apartment for a family and is not far from the casino and stadium you access take at Ushaka Marine as well.

I did not like the fact that on the booking confirmation, it stated that ,I am expected to pay R300 for the key and when I arrive there on the 16th December, I told that the owner of the apartment said I should pay R500 of which ,I did not and had to borrow R200 from my son. The other thing was that the drinking short of 2 glasses instead of 5 glasses. The curtains in the TV room not properly hanged, they were about to fall and toilet paper handle in bathroom is broken and the pots for cooking were not enough. In TV room should put ottoman for sitting.

Electrical problem , fridge not working, etc

The view and the location was good.

The place was dirty and poor management. The pictures are attached on day of arrival.

The staff and the owner were very friendly.

The numbers on the stove don't show anymore. Given one toilet paper for the whole time we spent the and it was a 1 ply toilet paper as well.

Bad. No service was delivered to us, we've booked for five but we only received double bed which was for two and two single. We didn't sleep nicely it was bed. We've booked for Tenbury but when we arrived Mohamed changed us to 10south which is an old flat,dirty and everything was broken. I don't understand if Tenbury was full he was supposed to tel us and engaged with us.

I think you failed us. Out of 10 will rate you guys zero. We had to sleep in a double bed 3people really it was bad. They couldn't even arrange for us sleeping couch. We didn't even get a refund for one person since they've caterd only for four instant of five.

the unit was not equip for 5 with regards to the kitchen utensils. it is a one bedroom and as more beds are in the unit there is no living area. one of the kids spilled a drop of curry on the bed duvet and therefore the deposit was withheld. R500 was not going to make me richer but to me it is the principle. if you are not able to get a stain out they should consider changing their cleaning service. they should also do something about the cockroaches.
