Le Déjeuner est vraiment variés et de qualité. La chambre est spacieuse avec tout confort quand tout fonctionne correctement
Coupure d eau le matin à partir de 10h jusqu'à notre départ. Donc impossible de prendre une douche avant notre depart. Le Jacuzzi n ayant pas pu être testé vue notre arrivée tardive la veille et la coupure d eau. Il sait quand même mit en route à vide vers 23h - 23h30 la veille une première fois ou j ai appelé l accueil car je n arrivais pas à l arrêter et on m a juste signaler de "chipoter avec les bouton" car ils ont déjà eu le cas, après 10 min, il sait bien arrêté. Et une deuxième fois en pleine nuit il l a refait, mais l à heureusement un simple clic à suffit. Dédommagement 20€, ce qui ne m a pas plus encore en retour c est que je laisse le même commentaire et note sur un autre site et que l on indique que le Dédommagement de 20€ semble correct pour une heure de coupure d eau, alors que dans les fait ce n est pas le cas est le plus dommageable on ne me laisse pas le droit de réponse.

1ST ROOM VERY POOR. DANGEROUS SHOWERROOM WITH WATER OVER FLOOR FROM SHOWER. PLUG IN BASIN DID NOT WORK. NO SOAP IN DISPENSER. COMPLAINED AND CHANGED TO SECOND ROOM BASICALLY OK.
1ST ROOM VERY POOR. DANGEROUS SHOWERROOM WITH WATER OVER FLOOR FROM SHOWER. PLUG IN BASIN DID NOT WORK. NO SOAP IN DISPENSER. Appalling music made it impossible to think of eating there. Breakfast overpriced and included appalling music. Service for taxi a disaster. Ordered taxi the previous evening for 9.50am next day. At 9.50 next day receptionist began telephoning for taxi. Non arrived so by 10.25 after repeated requests the airport shuttle was provided with a driver who had never driven to the airport before. Driver entered airport in his phone for route while I held phone while he drove. Deposited 500m from the airport. Made flight with 5 minutes to spare so ultra stressed.

La chambre était vraiment TOP, le réaménagement que l'établissement a fait, est vraiment très bien, beaucoup mieux que lors de ma première visite. C'est une réussite
Un délai d'attente au bar très long, peut être un manque de personnel à certaines heures.

OTTIMA LA DISPONIBILITA' DEL PARCHEGGIO E LA VICINANZA ALL'AEROPORTO, IN AUTO 10 MIN., CAMERE PULITE AMPIE E SILENZIOSE, BUONO ANCHE IL RISTORANTE DELL'HOTEL, FASCIA PREZZO MEDIO ALTA.

Clean, comfortable, pleasantly surprised for the free water bottle, good quality of coffee and sweets in the room.
While I was having the shower, water passed onto the bathroom floor making it wet and slippery.

Spacious room, with all amenities needed.
The double bed was made up of two single beds with different firmness, which was much appreciated as you can choose the side you feel most comfortable on.
Breakfast buffet was very rich in quantity and variety, restaurant on site is also pretty good.

Dinner was nice and beds were comfortable
When we checked in we were told that the breakfast was not included and when we checked out we were told that we had the breakfast room rate so we did not have breakfast while there. That was really disappointing

Room was nice
We have been sick with the food of the restaurant. Plenty of smash glasses front of the parking gate, I went few time to speak with reception and they didnt do anything.... I was worried about my car's tyres

Clean and comfortable room (even though the mattress was too soft).

For an hotel situated near the airport, i think that early breakfast would be appreciated.
braekfast starts at 06:30 and due to early departure I jumped it (21 euro wasted).

The gym is too small and withoutventilation, the treadmill running is old, small and also dangerous!

It was a large room and with a good sauna, bubblebath and everything. no complaints there. The breakfast was plenty and nice range of food to pick from.
There was no Smart TV and in this day and age you would expect for the price you are paying to have a the option to watch Netflix instead of cable ... The room was quiet but we had the issue of noisy neighbours. Playing music at 02:00 at night. tried to contact the reception for it but had to wait a long time. I know this noisy neighbours is not something the hotel could expect ... but dealing with the issue is. It was a short night sleep because of this issue.
