Staff very helpful and allowed us to check in early as we had an overnight flight. Breakfast was good and the location was excellent.

The location was very good. The rooms were good but not great, for instance our kids double bed was very small and not comfortable The breakfast was excellent

Staff was always great. Cleanliness impeccable, location excellent.

Breakfast options were poor, as well as the availability of the restaurant providing it (not part of the hotel itself). We tried to access the restaurant one evening only to be told it's closed, while the party inside kept going on.

The hotel is located in a top spot, across from the boulevard and in easy walking distance to restaurants and sights. The room was ligt, clean and the whole hotel is nicely decorated and modern. Good bed and shower, excellent breakfast buffet which you can enjoy at the outdoors terrace with sea view. Nice extra touches such as a free coffee station with some fresh fruit and pastry, daily bottle of water in the room etc. The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

The only down side is that it can be a bit noisy. Eg hotel room doors can only be slammed shut - not softly pulled close. That is not ideal when other guests go in or out at night.

My hotel stay at Prima was excellent. The hotel is very clean and the hotel staff were very helpful and kind.

Vlad at the reception was super nice and kind , it’s really hard to get a good service in Israel so this was really what I appreciated the most

The only thing I can think of is the shower seals that need to be redone

the staff was nice and helpful, they let me stay for late checkout to make it more comparable to enjoy tel aviv in the morning. They have upgraded my room without me asking.

Room was pleasant and a good size. Bathroom rather small but got clean towels every day which is such a bonus!. Room was always done quickly ( after our breakfast, it had been cleaned already). Bed was very comfortable. They had a coffee machine close to the reception desk for guests and a few treats, water and fruit, very thoughtful. Also a coffee machine and kettle in the room, a small fridge and bottled water in the room every day. Location: second to none!: fabulous. Wi Fi everywhere in the hotel.

The rooms were a bit dated and in need of renovation. The bathroom light button is combined with the fan so whenever you turn on the light the fan switches on, making a lot of noise. Can be annoying at night or if someone in the room is resting.

The staff on the front desk were excellent

The windows were dirty which spoiled the view a little bit until I cleaned them myself ... but even then they weren't perfect

-they charge extra $50 per night for a 4y.o.kid. -the shower was broken and the water was running in all the directions, and as the bathroom glass wall was too short the water was everywhere. - we had sea view and it could be much better with clean windows… - also the carpet was like it was never vacuumed. - and the worst: don’t stay here if you want quiet place - they Gad a party at their restaurant till 00.30 with quit a loud music (I couldn’t sleep even with earplugs.. over $300 per night to tolerate all this????
