I get different room from what i booked. Totally not worth it, i dont think i get the room i chose and paid for.

Airport shuttle was supposed to be included when we booked online but they didn’t respond to our emails via booking.com and later we had to call them to ask about airport shuttle but they directed us to call someone else to arrange the service. Ended up taking the taxi instead!

Every staff member at the hotel were very polite and professional. Amazing location and very convenient as most things just in walking distance. Staff Laka, Sabuy & Ena were very friendly and professional. We would surely come back.

0The second time I stayed, I thought I was satisfied but let me down. The bed does not feel air-conditioned, hot. The hot water bottle is oily when turned on, the hair dryer is broken, (I was replaced after I complained) The toilet is very large but the floor is very slippery

Breakfast was poor , staff took a long time to understand my numberless card payment embarrassing me at check in.

Staff very unfriendly, act like they are doing customers favors with simple check in processes.
Even the manager is unfriendly.
The only helpful staff who took his work seriously, was the doorman/porter, excellent service.
