Everything but the breakfast no WiFi in my room told staff everyday nothing was done pool area not good either didn’t see anyone in the pool and bed was uncomfortable

I had booked the room and paid with my credit card, but the check-in name was my wife. I was also registered as a guest and a copy of my passport was made. On the second day I returned to the hotel before my wife because she was still at the doctor and she had the hotel room key. Since I didn't have a key, I went to reception to get another key! But now there was this unfriendly person, who was already unfriendly when checking in, who was not Thai but, as it turned out, a Filipino or a Burmese? This figure wanted 500 baht from me for a replacement key even though I told him that I had booked in this hotel and was registered. He agreed to open the door for me but not to give me another key to activate the electricity in the room! an impudence! what should I do in a dark room with no air conditioning and no light? For me, this person is unbearable for such a company and I will continue to report this in other forums. see picture

Dirty pool and need renovation

ห้อง sea view ดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาด เดินไปหาดได้ แต่เป็นเนินสูงนิดหน่อย ต้องเดินลงไปหาด สระว่ายน้ำไม่ใหญ่มาก

อาหารเช้าน้อยชนิด ออกมาไม่ทันช่วงเวลาที่แขกลงมาเยอะ ออกมาก็หมด น้ำก็ยังเติมไม่ทัน

The view and size of the room. The staff are all excellent!!. Check in and out soo fast.. And No advance money taken until ariving.

Not to close to stores.. You need a car or Bolt...
