L'accueil, les repas, la piscine, la chambre familiale, l'emplacement : tout était parfait!

Le lieu, Glottertal, petite commune très agréable dans la vallée de la rivière Glotter. Très facile d'accès depuis Freiburg-en-Brigsau. Belles randonnées possibles au départ de l'hôtel. L'établissement fournit gracieusement un pass donnant accès au réseau bus et à certains sites pour rayonner dans la région. Accueil des hôtes chaleureux et souriant : ambiance agréable, familiale et conviviale. Très bonne qualité des repas et du petit déjeuner proposés. Charme et calme de l'établissement bordé sur son arrière par la rivière Glotter. Belle longue terrasse la surplombant. Décoration chaleureuse du lieux et des chambres dans un esprit montagne. Chambre confortable de bonne taille avec un coin bureau/salon et une terrasse privative donnant sur le cours d'eau. Tous les équipements utiles sont proposés. Belle piscine intérieure ouvrant sur la terrasse surplombant la rivière. sauna, petite salle de sport bien équipée. Propreté irréprochable.

Frühstück war gut. Personal war super freundlich. Ein schönes kleines Hotel.

I loved being right next to the stream which we could see and listen to from our room. The dinners served were exceptional.

We didn't feel entirely welcome - almost more of a stepchild visiting. Some of the staff were very friendly. Others were not. But we loved the place anyway.

Excellent! Above my expectations. Very friendly staff : Smiling and not stressed. Hotel has a mix of Modern appliances & furniture in a typical old style settings. Very relaxing & quite clean as well. Highly recommend.

Excellently located in the Schwarzwald region with great hiking trails nearby. Spacious room with plenty of cupboard space and good beds. The food was great: excellent breakfast and a 4-course dinner with good variety. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. Due to heavy traffic we arrived later than expected and although the restaurant had just closed, they served us dinner anyway. We enjoyed our daily swim in the pool and a hot sauna.

No negative remarks, we really enjoyed our stay! If the opening hour of the pool and sauna could be extended that would make it perfect.

The breakfast area next to the natural running water stream is outstanding. One can sit there on a sunny day for hours and enjoy stupendous meals.

The hotel felt very friendly, staff made us feel very at home. Lovely bedroom at the front of the hotel. Swimming pool was great. We had our grandchildren and they loved being there. We will definitely come back again

The restaurant didn't open until 6.30pm and so we had to eat in the next door restaurant that opened at 5pm , children wouldn't wait!
