Comfortable, clean in a quiet and location. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. will return there if I ever end up in Stuttgart again.

No AC in the room , but opening the window at night didn't bother me as the neighborhood was quiet and summers are usually cool at night. the property should update the fan though,

Very nice bathroom but bedroom was a bit dated. Lovely staff. Great breakfast and we also ate one dinner there - good food and great wine (and good prices too!)

The room was a bit dated and the double bed was split (two beds pushed together). Would have liked more hot choices for breakfast.

No lift and also breakfast was a bit incomplete, only a few breads and coffee wasn't very good either. Beds could have been more comfortable

Spacious room

Staff was not friendly at all. Had query about whether a double payment was taken by the staff but she did not cooperate despite speaking very little English effort was not made to try explain what was happening. When booking. Com made a call the staff told them they are very busy and to call in 30mins but did not prioritise my problem and made me wait over hour before doubt was solved. Was really unhappy about customer service.
