Camera sa zicem ca a fost drăguța dar cu siguranța nu de 5 stele de 3,5-4 stele maxim Baie urâțică fără gresie și faianța cu o vopsea data pe jos și pe perete , pentru mine foare ciudat Camere unde am stat la etajul 3 foarte zgomotoase Se aude cum merg cei din camera de sus , se aude ce vorbesc cei din camera alăturată , se aude inclusiv când curgea apa in baia in celelalte camere

L’extérieur encore faut il pouvoir en profiter (mariage organisé sur place sans prévenir en amont et donc impossible d’accéder au bar et à la terrasse le soir)

The staff is the best. All very attentive and willing to accomodate. Also the view and the cleanliness are perfect.

Amazing hotel for relaxing holidays. Indeed, beyond expectations! The interior is very stylish and modern, hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. The breakfast was good.

Not big rooms, but exterior is so amazing that most of the time you spend out. One thing I would suggest to change, I travel a lot and I was in some luxury hotels, but first time see the price for cola and other soft drinks 15euro per bottle of 0.33 cl. The virgin Cocktails have the same price, but the difference I guess is obvious. Probably make sense to reconsider pricing policy towards soft drinks.

Disappointing Experience at a 5-Star Hotel I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel expecting a luxurious and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, my stay was far from what I had anticipated. The hotel itself looked nice and had been recently renovated, but the service left much to be desired. During the night, there was a power outage, and the lamp in my room remained on throughout the entire night without any possibility of turning it off. This made it impossible for me to sleep, and to make matters worse, there was a significant amount of noise throughout the night as well. When I approached the hotel staff to inform them about my experience, their response was far from professional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they laughed and dismissed the issue and they give me 10% discount , stating that such occurrences are common in Sanremo. This lack of empathy and disregard for my concerns was extremely disheartening. To add insult to injury, the hotel charged me a guarantee fee of €200 per night twice. This further added to my frustration with the overall experience. In conclusion, if you are looking for a hotel that appears nice on the surface but offers subpar service and treats guests poorly, this might be the place for you. However, if you value a good night's sleep and attentive customer service, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

5star would offer a gym, spa and wellness/massage,but it was not the case at all or not as expected. E.g. You can have massage, but only in your room. You can go to gym, but across and down the street and you have to pay?!

Amazing Hotel in best place, good parking inside the area and also not far to the city himself. We got a room in the adjoining building, but it was also spectacular in quantity and quality. The surrounding of the hotel was lovely and clean with pool and daybeds. From this place we visited the Sanremo Golf club and for a daytrip also Monaco, which was amazing. We enjoyed the stay and we will back soon and maybe some other people I talked to.

room key suddenly did not work anymore, dates were not set right when checking in a lot of noise from the neighbors which could be heard in the room

Bigger badrooms

Directly at arrival , they can’t wait to get a preauthorisation , even I paid the Hotel in advance . No Restaurant at all , that’s impossible for a 5 Star Hotel . At the end they need to refund me because they charged me double .

Great view & beatiful garden, at a walkable distance from tourist attractions. The hotel is freshly renovated.

The room did not have a balcony.

The main building was cozy and livel up to 5*.. Everything was clean and very good staff.

We booked 2 nights in booking.com for 400 € and to our surprise, we were not accommodated in main building but in a dependance, 60 meters from main building. The room had no view, and as stated on room description on the wall , it was rated 3*. We believe we could have been advised before, maybe we would look for other options.
