°Personal war nett °Frühstücksbuffet war ok °Super Bus & Bahnanbindung °Nah von der Innenstadt

°Badezimmer, besonders Dusche &WC extrem schmutzig bei Ankunft, wurde nach Reklamation gesäubert aber sauber ist trotzdem anders... °Da die Terassenfenster sehr locker sind,kann man nachts bei Wind nicht schlafen.Soo extrem laut, unvorstellbar. °Terasse ist ein Taubenkotparadies,nicht benutzbar °Pröbchen Shampoo& Duschgel standen im Bad und waren schon geöffnet... °Reinigungskraft ließ zweimal die Balkontür auf nach Reinigung °Der Hotelflur der entsprechenden Etage ist eigentlich nur mit der Zimmerkarte begehbar,aber die Tür rastet nicht richtig.Jeder kann in der Etage rumlaufen,weil Tür immer auf war. °Betten sehr instabil,man kann sich unten nicht an den Bettrand setzen,da kommt einem das Bett entgegen! °Hotelzimmertür nicht dicht,es kommt nachts vom Flur soviel Licht ins Zimmer das es unerwünscht hell ist. °Während der Hoteleingang sehr fein und schön ist sind die Zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig!Lampe,Fön und Spiegel kommen einem fast entgegen,bzw Halterung nicht mehr ok

We booked a Junior Suite that had an extra large double bed,more room and a very new bathroom, well worth the extra money. I’m sure you’ll struggle to find a better Hotel bedroom in the centre of Torremillnos.

Breakfast was poor. Cold plates, cheap sausages and watered down breakfast juice. Not in keeping with the rest of the Hotel.

La recepción, tanto Pilar como Youssef (será un buen recepcionista, de 10). Súper limpio, las camareras de pisos hacen su trabajo perfectamente. Ubicación y decoración, es precioso repetiré sin duda

Las instalaciones no corresponden con un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Al menos un hotel de cuatro estrellas de esta época.

Ett fräscht hotell med bra läge i stan. Hotellet har mysig innergård med pool och en häftig tak-bar. Frukosten är superb!

En bit till stranden vilket innebär en massa trappor. Hotellets poolområde är ganska skuggigt så svårt att hitta en plats som hade sol hela dagen. Små balkonger.

Nada. Solo el personal que trabaja ahí. Necesita un mejor mantenimiento de las habitaciones… las zonas comunes muy bien, pero las habitaciones fatal.. no pude descansar con el ruido que hace el aire.

El ruido del aire acondicionado, la suciedad de las paredes, humedades en el techo del baño… te duchas y sale todo el agua fuera…

Regime de meia-pensão com comida ótima. Staff muito atencioso e disponível. Ambiente junto à piscina muito calmo e relaxante.

O hotel não é recomendado para adultos... É exclusivo para adultos! Tive um stress pois não queriam aceitar o meu filho de 14 anos. Valeu a compreensão do Diretor.

-Friendly staff at the reception -Nice hotel with a wonderful rooftop restaurant -Swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds -Very close to the train station, which connects Torremolinos with Malaga and the airport

-Extremely small and non-functional bathroom -The dirty towel was not replaced but was placed among the clean towels😒 -Bad hygiene in the breakfast restaurant 1) On the terrace there was a lot of hair, probably cat hair, on the chairs that flew on the table and plates 2) There were lipstick marks on the "clean" glasses -Varied but low-quality breakfast; foods were not fresh (some types of bread and pastries) -The beach is far from the hotel and you have to walk up the hill and stairs from the beach to the hotel

Wc not fixed on the floor. Key card keep demagnetising every day Lift stopped every floor because the 3 lift are not programmed connected

Very nice touches such as free Prosecco and fruit at the pool, clean and spacious rooms

The staff were very slow and unfriendly and the beds were singular and detached

A lot of interior very dated looking

asked for some toothpaste at the reception, they said they bring it to the room.. Nothing 20 moins after, I had to check out and left without brushing my teeth... when we come down for something on morning, just hand it to us at the reception please :)...

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 nights and it was a very good experience. We can definitely recommend it. The room is clean with a little balcony and the breakfast is nice. We even tried a Zumba class which was great especially thanks to Viktoria. It would have been even better if the classes were in the pool area. The staff in general is really friendly and welcoming. Very central location, just few minutes walking from the train station.

The walls are not very thick, you can hear quite a lot from your neighbors. It would have been even better if the Zumba classes were in the pool area and not in the gym.

Close to the airport.

Very truistic hotel. Relatively old and not super well clean. They are not able to reserve a place for the car if needed and the parking gets over soon.
