Fabulous location, great bar, lovely staff

Room was quite dated with old worn furniture

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, great location.

Even though I booked the hotel, had to pay tax for my partner who has Israeli citizenship.

Used the executive lounge- good breakfast at no cost

I was over chagred. And I didn’t book it as my wife booked it and tbey chagred me taxes when I should not been chagred..

Cleaning Lady Mary and Salomon/Suleiman helped my husband - who walks with a stick - in a most friendly and forward coming way. Outstanding service, early check in, quick check out, civilized people in the dining room, could not have been better

- they did not specified the limitations of the checkin during Sabbat they said it will be at 3 PM but they tried to move the checkin to 7 PM due to Sabbat - not nice! - furniture stained - cheap toiletries - poor acces to the beach from the hotel

The staff was very friendly and kind.

Though crown plaza had its positives, the water supply issue on our last day was disappointing. No water in the faucets made it impossible to shower before checkout, and communication from the staff was lacking. Improvement needed. Also, the hotel staff informed us upon check-in that they would release the deposit for each day on the day of our check-out. Unfortunately, this did not happen as promised, and we had to follow up with an email to remind them. It would have been preferable if they had fulfilled their commitment promptly, saving us the hassle of having to reach out. Despite this deposit issue, the staff remained courteous and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, it's essential for the hotel to ensure that their communication is consistent and that they honor their promises to guests.

Location, views, concierge team pretty friendly

Front desk seemed to have a number of very new people, no ability to change cash although advertised as a service, bar staff not so friendly in lobby, pool area a bit underwhelming.

they need to refresh the reception, looks very old fashion

The staff were exceptional. They tried very hard to fix problems. I had a dental emergency and while they could not refer me to a known dentist ( they researched on internet) the manager did contact me to follow up and find out how I was doing.

The facility needs an update. The room we were in was very shabby with scratched furniture and wavy, stained carpets. The hotel did reclean the carpets when we complained. Better but still looks soiled.

We checked in after Shabbat on Saturday night.everyone leaving at same time and might be helpful if there is a separate desk for arrivals.they handled it as well as they could’ve
