L'accueil du personnel dans l'ensemble était très bon.
Un peu déçu du restaurant pour le dîner, mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
Petit déjeuner (8h15) pour commander des oeufs brouillés et du bacon.

La chambre, l’extérieur et la piscine sont bien entretenus le personnel agréable, à notre écoute nous avons passé un super séjour.
Le seul point négatif est le massage (en plus du prix de la chambre). Je ne l’ai pas trouvé à la hauteur de son prix … mon conjoint a pu avoir accès au sauna et hammam tandis que moi je n’y ai pas eu accès car c’était déjà réservé…et le massage n’a pas été du tout le même que mon conjoint alors que nous avions pris la même prestation. C’était le seul petit point négatif

Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich. Und das bei beiden Besuchen dort. Das Hotel liegt gerade für die Durchreise sehr praktisch in der Nähe der Autobahn. Besonders schön und bemerkenswert ist der Pool mit dem Restaurant/Frühstücksbereich dabei. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es wird schöne Musik gespielt, es hat viele Parkplätze. Die Anzahl an Hunden ist nicht begrenzt, das ist für mich das Wichtigste. Auch meine drei Hunde waren gegen Aufpreis herzlich Willkommen. Klimanlage funktioniert, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bettdecken sehr wertig.
Es gibt Roomservice und die beste Mousse au Chocolat, die ich seit langem gegessen habe :-).
Für mein Empfinden ein kleine bisschen zu viele verschiedene Düfte im Haus. Viel mögen das aber sicher auch.
Und die Optik der Betten ist optisch nicht mehr so zeitgemäss. Aber ich finde das Hotel trotzdem prima :-).

Exceptional staff. Reception staff were great. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff were very accommodating. Professional team running the hotel. Excellent attention to detail. Fine dining. Wonderful ambience. Great pool environment and facilities.

We booked this hotel as a stop from Spain to Belgium. We had an amazing dinner and a wonderful breakfast. A clean large room, big bathroom and everything provided. We will definitely book this hotel again and probably stay some more days then.

My room was a nice size. The bedding was great—pillows of various sizes and a comfortable blanket. The bathroom included a shower and a bath. There were bathrobes and toiletries. The hair dryer was also there (though not too strong for long hair).
Stay out of this hotel in January. There is no restaurant, and the closest places to eat are not easily accessible. The information received from the hotel regarding the closed restaurant could have been more timely. It needed to be more accurate because the hotel requested I book my lunches and dinners. Refrain from relying on the hotel wifi. It is too weak to use it. The facility could put in boosters to enhance the signal. The room temperature was not comfortable for daytime relaxation (at night, the cool room is suitable for sleeping).
