Food nice, friendly staff

Bed VERY uncomfortable. Our room was unaccessable by lift. We had 5 children and a buggy!!!!! Not ideal. Had to climb numerous stairs .

cleaniness and staff were so friendly, food was fabulous but

having to leave €100 deposit at checking in, danger to the room, I seriously wanted to leave what hotel advertised this, 2 oaps are the sort persons who would trash a room

The hotel was located very close to our destination so we were happy with that. The restaurant staff were wonderful and the bar staff lovely.

There was a chronic smell in the bathroom and when reported the staff member said he couldn’t smell it. He half heartedly offered to change rooms but it was late in the night and we weren’t sure if by moving that the problem would be the same. Earlier in The day my husband used the gents beyond reception and he reported to reception that a cubicle was badly soiled and lots of vomit in it. Nothing was done. So later he reported it to the catering staff as the lady that had been serving food walked through the bar and she acted on it straight away and got it cleaned. She was fantastic. Reception staff not so.

Didn like the fact tat there was no residents bar and was told tat the bar was closed at 1.30am n there was plenty of ppl stil drinking away in the bar..

Easy to access location, spacious room with tea, coffee and bottled water available in the room. The swimming pool, which is open to residents, was great, not too busy and clean. The food in the bar restaurant was good, especially the curry which was amazing. The bed was a king size and very comfortable. Overall a very good experience. I have had to stay in Limerick for work several times in the last month or so. This is the 3rd hotel I have used and easily the best. I would definitely use again and recommend to others

Although the food was great service was a little slow when it came to bringing the menu and taking my order, however the staff were friendly and down to earth so I'll forgive them that

The room and bed were very comfortable. The shower was amazing! Wide screen TV with lots of channels. Spotless room. Beautiful shower products. Wonderful Christmas decorations in reception. Friendly staff. Delicious food from the restaurant. Extensive bar options. The breakfast was a highpoint of the trip. What a choice and so delicious!

I thought that there might have been live music on in the bar. It didn't really deter from my stay.

Very clean and good facilities.

We arrived late from Scotland and it was extremely cold & we were tired. Reception checkin speedy & Painless.free parking and adequate amount of spaces. Room warm and welcoming. Decor bit dated in our room but fine and very clean. Check lamp cable at desk for wiring issue pls. Spacious family room. Loved the bottled water too.

Ice all over car park. Need more gritting although reception was done. Everything else fine.
