old, nothing works, shower only a trickle, toilet didn’t flush, heater didn’t work, carpets dirty, curtains dusty, doors dont close properly, restaurant pretentious, tv a joke.

Food was lovely breakfast wasn’t explained very well and waiting along time for coffee. Facial was lovely but could hear the staff talking to each other the whole way through which made it not relaxing, hot tub area was very nice a peaceful.

Our room was ment to be a superior double room but then over heard a member of staff explain that the superior rooms was on ground level and our room was on 1st level and there wasn’t anything superior about our room which explained why but was still charged for a superior room. Booked 2 pedicures and I only received a file a paint when partner sat next to me and had the full pedicure which they also tried to charge us for 2 which we said I didn’t receive. Overall the experience wasn’t for the value we paid or was expecting for such a beautiful place.

Very smart , beautifully presented, friendly and very attentive staff. Excellent food, good facilities and a lovely peaceful and elegant setting.

I guess you don't get this service and level of accommodation for a low price, but it's pretty expensive non the less.
