Outdated place in every detail. Horrible smell of “refreshing aerosol” everywhere which ruined all my staying and sleep (was forced to keep the window full open with +3 tempretaure outside while heating fuul gas on).

Room was very basic. Clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location good as right off main road. Breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is being renovated. Upgraded rooms were comfortable with the minimum needed. The electric radiator was providing enough heating and the windows together with the blinds was perfectly protecting us from the road traffic. The hotel is of very good value for accessing the ski resorts or mountains nearby. The breakfast was a welcome plus even though the choice of food and beverage was more limited. But for the asked price the stay was of really good value.

The receptionist was friendly.

The room heater was locked at 19 degrees Celsius and I couldn't change it. I went to the receptionist to ask if the temperature can be raised and he told me that it is not possible and that only the owner can do that.

the room was recently refitted and very clean. Electric shutters in the window, and excellent air-con worked a treat.

the exterior and bar area need refitting to the high standard of the room.

* The sockets were uncomfortably placed. There was none close at the table.

No breakfast area. Bar did not open till 08.00 am

The hotel was old and shaggy. Stains on the walls and ceiling. Definitely not as expecting and no value for the high price. Booking.com disappoints me.

After complaints processing the payment was directly refunded and a better hotel only was 20min away

I have never experienced anything like this! The room (107) was very small and smelled musty, the shower curtain was not fixed, so the whole bathroom got wet while showering. After a friendly question if there was a possibility to change the room, the owner became abusive because he obviously felt hurt in his honor. We as a group changed the hotel then. For 94€ per night the single room an absolute impudence

Clean and basic with good parking. Ideal for a stop-over travelling to or from France and Italy.

Dirty bathroom as it was not cleaned properly, did not have toilet rolls and hand wash soap. Room was extremely hot as there was no air-conditioned, very old and dated place with dirty carpets in the halls. The receptionist when I arrived looked quite shocked when I told him I have a booking through booking.com and had to call his boss to tell me its ok and I can stay😒 Even though advertised as they have a kitchen they don't serve dinner or lunch (breakfast is provided and quite decent).
