Beautiful chateau in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the landscaping and the rooms were great (we were in the “cottages”.

Staff did not give good/much information in the hotel or surroundings. They failed to let us know about the breakfast buffet before we loaded up on bread as we were hungry. The staff also didn’t seem to know that there is a path 800 meters long to the next town - she told us it was 17k and took an hour, which made no sense. We were also disappointed to learn that there was no way to access the hot springs while we were there.

Very elegant place and wonderful meal ... the restaurant is very good ... the garden is so special and beautiful building ...

I don't quite understand why they charge extra fees for small dogs, especially when the room costs a lot. The comfort is worth the price however they could welcome a small dog without any extra charge ...

Wonderful place, out of tales. Beautiful view of mountains. Amazing restaurant and lovely personnel. Everything is just perfect. Our room was larger than our apartment :) and the most interesting a bathtub for 2 ;-)

Wifi is not up to standards. Probably due to the old large walls of this castle.

The room (Cysties) was magnificent: wonderful interior and peaceful sound with the forest and creek in the background. Staff and the breakfast was also excellent. Bonus: the heated pool on the terrace was even in October a great option!

The hotel’s restaurant is excellent but the menu hardly changed over the course of the four days we spent in Molitgt-les-Bains. This is a pity because there are not many walkable le alternatives (the Café Casals is not at all on the same level quality-wise). Also it would have been better to communicate VERY CLEARLY that the spa is NOT part of the hotel and that you have to pay a considerable price just to enter the spa (not just if you book treatments).
