It was clean and the staff are easy to talk to.
The breakfast is not included in the booking. Its a bit unusual for us since we often have an automatic free breakfast to any hotels we book.

There's a convenience store outside the hotel. 3 wins walk from our room. There's an outdoor 5ft swimming pool that kids can enjoy. Air-condition was cold enough. Hot and cold water for bath available.
There were yellow stains on the blanket, there's no free water. You have to pay 45 PHP = 0.82 USD per 250ml bottle. We were awakened countless times at midnight because of power outages. To add to this, there is only 1 channel in the television. TV was turned off all the time.

Hot tub was none existent even though said one was available. hot tub was primary reason i booked there

the electricity turned off right before we leave the room. check out is 12nn but power already shutdown around 11am. we thought it was brownout. shame on them.!

Newly no free water in bottles anymore, no toiletpaper in the cabins of restaurant, still noisy old window aircons instead of modern electronic Hitachi DC Window-inverter for example, no international TV channels except CNN, newly 500 PHP security deposit until checkout, still no breakfast buffet like before 2020…

Easy access to town and only 24 minute ride to the airport.
I was traveling with my 87-year-old mother. It was hard for her to walk around the hotel due to the lack of or not having disabled accessibility from the front into the lobby and restaurant area. The staff had to lift my mom down the steps. The floor was quite slippery. Traveling with the elderly in the Philippines is quite a challenge.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff, always greeting with smiles and always happy to help. Great variety in restaurant menu.
Would gladly return
I am a smoker so perhaps a seat available in covered area would make me feel less like the enemy

poor cable TV reception. I booked the hotel reason to watch Miss Universe pageant but very much disappointed that no HD channel available ang signal keep on loosing

The pool was green and I expected that it could be used by guest anytime they want. Its better to maintain it always nextime!

Tv is very old very small tv .it’s not fun being quarantined in the hotel room with old tv.
